NO SUPPORT, NO Working Numbers, No access to site ZERO satisfaction
I signed up on 1 Dec, paid by CC. Got on one more time and then could not. they keep sending a request for validation code but never send a validation code. I email support. They come back with a different cowgirl#... and no access still...I emailed multiple times, I called the number today to cancel and oh...NO ANSWER...it rings and rings...
IT is all automated so you do nt get anywhere. I paid, I got on 2x's and then the new user ID started and no access. I want a refund and cancel my profile I built.

You are using an incorrect email address, which we do not recognizeThe email you registered is [redacted] Obviously you must use the EXACT SAME email address which you registered with in order to retrieve that accountYou may then easily remove your profile using the "Remove Profile" [email protected]@yahoo.com

The customer did not cancel and did use the site an ongoing basis for more than a monthAs a courtesy, a refund was issued to the customer

All members can send flirts for free and get notified when they receive flirtsWhen a flirt is sent to you, we will inform you by sending you a notification to your personal email (hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc)This enables you to see if you are interested in anyone on our site and if anyone is interested in youYou can browse through our database of profiles, use search options, send flirts to members you are interested in and get notified if another member has sent you a flirtThis enables you to determine whether there are people you are interested in on the site, and see if they are interested in youAlso, nowhere does we state 100% for free

It is really sad that this question even needs be addressed but, alas, we know that some users have been burned on other sites and some of you are inherently skepticalTherefore, we want to be very explicit: The idea of sending out messages for users without their knowledge and/or on our own is completely against everything we stand for and are striving for in building the FarmersOnly communityWe have ZERO tolerance for any artificial or fake activityWe would NEVER create a fake profile, generate a fake message or do anything similarAnd let’s just be This would be just a plainly DUMB thing to doOur members are not foolsAny sort of artificial or fake activity cannot last longSo, noPeriod.Moreover, please understand that we go to great lengths to encourage healthy and constructive behavior on our siteAnd we also go to great lengths to discourage any type of fake or otherwise destructive behaviorWe spend a lot of resources on this – much more than anyone realizesWhy would we then let that all go to waste by initiating even the slightest amount of artificial behavior on a site we are working so hard to nurture? It is not possible to remove your profile accidentallyTo do so, you clicked two times to confirm after we informed you that by you confirming to us that you want your profile removed, your profile info would be deleted from our searchable database and any time remaining would be forfeitedYou agreed to this and completely deleted your profileUnfortunately, as we told you before you confirmed removal, this process cannot be reversedIn some cases, you may be able to retrieve the photo and written section of your profile and start over againIf you want to do this and are having difficulty doing so, please delete all FarmersOnly.com cookies from your browser and restart your browser(If you are on a phone, please restart the phone, tooIf you are on a desktop, you can also try accessing the site from a different browser.) [redacted] continued to use her paid privileges as recently as August at 8:47pm Eastern when sent the following message: "LOL must beIt was yellow before I repainted itNope, didn't see youShe is the one right on the strip with the big porch, right? Is she still alive...obviously? She must be up there in age." She is not entitled to any refund due to her use of the privileges she paid forShe signed up on our monthly plan and used it accordinglyShe did not cancel and we take cancellations very seriouslyAs a courtesy and gesture of good faith, we are extending a one month refund despite, again, her clear use of the site and what she paid forWith reference to her daughter, who is a minor, minors are not permitted on our site under any circumstancesAny account created by a minor will be banned and not responded toUnder no circumstances will any minor be permitted to access the site and that includes not being able to retrieve any password

***, thanks for contacting usUnfortunately, what you are asking for is not consistent with the terms of use on our site that you agreed to, nor is it what you confirmed and agreed to on our site when you removed your profileFor example, you decided to remove your own profile months after using itAt that time we informed you that by you confirming to us that you want your profile removed, your profile info would be deleted from our searchable database and any time remaining would be forfeitedYou agreed to this, confirming it twice through our two-step process and then you deleted your profileUnfortunately, as we told you before you confirmed removal, this process cannot be reversedAs far as partial refunds, as you know once you use your paid privileges there are no partial refundsThese are the terms you agree toMoreover, a partial refund would not be to your beneift in this case: you received a discounted rateThe cost of the site for just the months you used (paid for individually) would actually be more than what you paid for months, since you got a discounted rate by paying for all months

You removed your profile and confirmed doing soThis was no accidentHowever, I see you did confuse yourself by opening two accountsAs a courtesy, we will add back premium time to your accountHowever, if you remove this profile again, we cannot extend the courtesy a second time

We go out of our way on the upgrade page to show all customers exactly how much you will be charged up upon completion of the transactionOn the page where the customer entered payment information the total amount is in bold lettersThe payment pages also make clear that the discounted rate is only offered if multiple months are purchasedWe also have you a screenshot of the page each user has filled out availableWe offered the courtesy of switching the subscription to a month and refunding you the differenceWe did not hear back from the customer on this since we emailed her on July asking for confirmation that she would like this courtesy.We will take this inquiry as confirmation of her wanting the partial refund and issue it immediatelyA full refund is not available, per the terms of use, since she used the premium access privileges she paid for

Your refund was processed yesterday and takes - days to appear on your cardI see you subsequently deleted your profile and confirmed you wanted everything wiped out, so that was done in accordance with your request and confirmation
