It does indeed say very explicitly before you remove your profile "by you confirming to us that you want your profile removed, your profile info would be deleted from our searchable database and any time remaining would be forfeited." You agreed to this and completely deleted your profileUnfortunately, as we told you before you confirmed removal, this process cannot be reversed

Perhaps you have yourselves covered legally by claiming in the small print you will not refund for any reason, but ethically you are despicableAt least you have not denied that the manner in which you have your site set up it is designed to lure lonely people to your financial benefitAny other legitimate dating service offers a trial, or at least makes the site even remotely accessible to other members sans a premium accountI didn't use the site for three weeks and then asked for a refund, it was about an hourI was refused and tried to make the best of itI deleted my account permanently after four days, even though I paid for itAlthough the service is horrible I am not a crook and would be happy with even a pro rated refundI will be more than willing to provide all the necessary documentation of my claims via email correspondence and my bank statement

Sorry to hear of this concernHowever, we do not have any free day trials of paid privileges and we never haveNo one ever puts in a credit card on our site unless they want to confirm paymentWe never ask for a payment card unless you are going to pay immediately and confirmThat is the only way to use paid privileges.We have screenshots of ***'s payment and confirmation as well as the terms and confirmation of payment she agreed to, none of which mention any sort of free trial whatsoever since, again, we never offer thatAgain, no one ever puts in a credit card on our site unless they want to confirm payment.As a courtesy, we will extend this user a partial refund and switch her to a month plan, refunding her the difference

As per the terms of service, there is no refund permitted after using the paid privileges, which this user did for 3+ daysTherefore no refund was offered or processed
