renewal/cancellation/status change options regularlyAlso, all members can cancel subscriptions at anytime online or by emailWe take cancellations very seriously. We offered *** a courtesy partial refund, switching him from a month subscription to a month subscription since he used his paid privileges already but did not do so for more than a monthThis requires a manual process and administrative work so there is a $fee for performing this courtesy and the partial refund was issued.Also, in case it is not obvious, no one under the age of is permitted on the siteThat is clearly stated on the registration page and anyone who we find violating this term of use is immediately suspendedThank you for all cooperation in this matter!

Customer decided to settle this matter via PayPal and it will be resolved that way

On 12/02/I paid Farmers Only for a month subscriptionCopy and pasted from my bank account...12/02/2014 *** *** ** -$
When my subscription ended, I was no longer able to access my email through Farmers Only website, as that is for paid members onlyI had been chatting with a member during the time on the site.On 06/02/I renewed my subscription for one month ONLY because I wanted to get in contact with the member mentioned aboveI would copy and paste it, but Farmers Only has since deactivated my email accountCopy and pasted from my bank account.....I called customer service twice to get a refundI was told I would not get a refund, but they would deactivate my accountSee attached emails. Thank you for your assistance in the matter of my complaint to farmersonly .com in regards to the membership that I cancelled and had requested a refund The matter has been solved I ended up turning it over to the attorney general as a consumer complaint and was issued a refund of the remaining months that I had paid for so the case has been resolved Thank you for your assistance in the matter I do appreciate it

Regardless, I was charged over $and received a refund of only $and I called right after the charge was madeEven if they charged me for the first monthI was due at the very least $when you add it all up even with their ridiculous $processing fee. And as to the underage complaint why do they allow stand alone pictures of children as the main picture on a profile? I received numerous emails telling me they had the perfect match for me and it would be a little girl! People need to be warned that this site is a rip off
