We researched your name and have not charged the account you opened up with us but for one time when you upgraded yourself. It sounds like you are confusing us with a copy cat site. Please be very careful to make sure you are talking about FarmersOnly and not an imitation site like farmer dating or...

farmer singles. In case you see a charge, check who the charge is from according to your card. Our charges appear as FarmersOnly.com with our number [redacted] Any other number or any other company cannot possibly be us. We are available by phone 24-7. It sounds like you signed up on and are being charged by a copycat site and are calling their number and can't get a hold of anyone. You will have to resolve that with them since we are not charging you. If the charge is to FarmersOnly.com, please tell me the last 4 digits of the card that was charged and the date AND amount of the charge so I can investigate.

The user's account has been deleted. Any user can delete his/her profile easily using the "delete profile" link on the user homepage. The user's assertions are, frankly, completely baseless. A courtesy refund was indeed issued to Ms. [redacted] for the month of January. Her calculation of what was charged and/or owed is not accurate.

You are using an incorrect email address, which we do not recognize. The email you registered is [redacted] Obviously you must use the EXACT SAME email address which you registered with in order to retrieve that account. You may then easily remove your profile using the "Remove Profile"...

And that is what you did, as evidence both by your payment and the paid messages you sent.If you think you saw a free trial, then you must be confusing us with another site. We are FarmersOnly, not farmer dating or farmer singles. Look carefully at any email regarding any trial because it cannot possibly be from us. We do not and have not sent any such emails and there is no page on our site that suggests anything of the sort. Also, the pricing you paid for 1 month is exactly the pricing you confirmed. If you'd like a screenshot of that payment page, we can provide it. Again, be sure you are not confusing us with other sites when comparing emails, info, etc.We are not sure why you are throwing around all of these accusations but it appears from your writing that after you paid you overdrew your account and are now blaming us by trying to make it seem as if you did not intend to pay. Again no one has to provide payment information unless they want to confirm payment. We never ask for a payment card unless you are going to pay immediately and confirm. That is the only way to use paid privileges. As you indicated, you can also take that up with [redacted] since you paid with your [redacted] account. They would not charge your [redacted] account either unless you confirmed you agreed to the charge, which you did.Lastly, we are not quite sure what you mean about erasing things from your phone, but the only thing we can and do access is our site, not your phone. The refund was issued on 10/8/15 and confirmation is [redacted].

The customer did not cancel and did use the site an ongoing basis for more than a month. As a courtesy, a refund was issued to the customer.

Dear Sir or Madame,you may think that's what you website says but it's not. It took me two clicks to retrieve my profile. If you can live with this, so can I $21.95 for 1.5 days. I continue to hope people will continue to call you in India.

Which is it? You never offer refunds period, or you just pick and choose? Are you attempting to implicate I am requesting one in bad faith? I paid for a service I was dissatisfied with. I was refused a refund, as a result I chose to try and make the best of it but it did not take long to decide it really was, for me, a waste.

It does indeed say very explicitly before you remove your profile "by you confirming to us that you want your profile removed, your profile info would be deleted from our searchable database and any time remaining would be forfeited." You agreed to this and completely deleted your profile. Unfortunately, as we told you before you confirmed removal, this process cannot be reversed.

The refund was issued and confirmed.

The site was working very well for Mr. S[redacted], as demonstrated by the 16 conversations he had with various members. A refund was nonetheless issued as a courtesy.

Unfortunately, what you are asking for is not consistent with the terms of use on our site that you agreed to, nor is it what you confirmed and agreed to on our site when you removed your profile. For example, you decided to remove your own profile 2 months after...

At that time we informed you that by you confirming to us that you want your profile removed, your profile info would be deleted from our searchable database and any time remaining would be forfeited. You agreed to this, confirming it twice through our two-step process and then you deleted your profile. Unfortunately, as we told you before you confirmed removal, this process cannot be reversed. As far as partial refunds, as you know once you use your paid privileges there are no partial refunds. These are the terms you agree to. Moreover, a partial refund would not be to your beneift in this case: you received a discounted rate. The cost of the site for just the 2 months you used (paid for individually) would actually be more than what you paid for 3 months, since you got a discounted rate by paying for all 3 months.
