As I stated early on, I was only trying to prove to a friend of mine that the photos we see on these dating sites are not what you get when looking for a relationshipI did have to include my billing info to use the site and was told in the sign up process that I would not be charged until the days were up, so if I didn't want to be charged I would need to cancel before that timeI cannot believe they are fighting me so hard about a little bit of money that is owed to me

9/28/10:AM Farmers Only has simply not made any information available to the indication of a limited character usage.By not doing so they are creating the impression there is noneIt is my position of belief they are misrepresenting their product (service) by not being forthright in divulging a character limit in the said areas of serviceAnd by not doing so they are implementing a deceptive practice of a bait and switch by enticing customers into their service with a representation of service but are then providing a lesser inadequate service compared to what they've previously, mentioned, described, represented, advertised, disguised, or alluded to It is clearly apparent and self evident they are not transparent with this matter to any degreeTheir own customer support representatives were/are completely oblivious to this factI communicated with them many times over, over a week's period of time concerning this exact problemDuring that time they never once suggested or informed me of any kind of limit(s)I believe that speaks to the fact that they themselves thought there was no limitsI find it very hard to believe that the customer support center wouldn't of merely informed me of this limit if they had known of it themselvesThat is, unless they were indeed aware of the fact but were merely being deceptive by not providing full transparency on the matterWhich, if that is the case, this clearly reveals a much greater degree of deception of practice which apparently is practiced throughout the company.Also, after processing the recent communications between Farmers Only and myself, along with their reply to you at the Revdex.com, I believe they may have exposed themselves to a greater degree of deception of intentIn doing so they are offering me more supportive evidence to my claimAfter I submitted my claim to you at the Revdex.com I copied and pasted my claim and sent it to customer supportThey responded four hours later and in short by saying; "You are over the character limit for the written sectionEverything is working correctly"(((Seems very suspicious to me how quickly they were able to supply me with an answer after I sent them a copy of the complaint I submitted to you at the Revdex.comSo it seems very apparent to me they had been purposely avoiding to provide me with the answers and resolve to my problem which took OVER a week of continuous frustrating communicationsIMPLIES GUILT TO ME!!!))) I replied to their answer the next day on Sept at 1:pm with ten specific questions and still have yet to received any answersAll the questions were connected to this single problem of a character limit and in short this was my first and main question which was; "So where exactly is it stated that there is a limited amount of characters that can be used in the written section for creating a profile!" So what I am suggesting is, which is separate from my original claim, yet supportive, is although they have responded to you at the Revdex.com and to myself with the short simple answer that they only provide a limited amount of characters, why then are they not being fully forthright and transparent and offering the "exact amount" of the said character limit and also by including evidence that the character limit usage has been made transparent and agreed uponI believe their short mere response to us is just another deceptive maneuver of practice they use and evidently without concern of worry even at this level with you at the Revdex.com being involvedI believe they have a greater ulterior motiveThey are wishing to avoid disclosing the exact amount of allowable character usage including supportive evidence that the character limit usage rule has been made transparent and agreed upon to myself and to all membersIt would seems very likely they would prefer not to divulge these facts to all the previous, current, and future members along with the public which would allow for a true and factual consideration of costs, comparative pricing, and benefits.MY REASONING TO ALL OF THIS IS; (for which I only became enlightened to since this whole matter began) There must be a cost to profit ratio involved in the amount of character usage provided to us the membersSo to increase new memberships and profits they are deceptively misrepresenting their product (service) by not being forthright and transparent in divulging "A CHARACTER LIMIT" and or "THE EXACT AMOUNT OF CHARACTERS AVAILABLE" or providing "TRANSPARENCY RULES of USE" in the said areas of representation of serviceIn so doing they are implementing a deceptive practice of bait and switch in their service or productThey are enticing customers into their service with a representation then providing a lesser inadequate service as they previously, mention, describe, represent, advertise, disguised, or alluded to I believe their deception of practice of bait and switch is occurring on the individual level for which is also keeping members from becoming fully informed to be able to search for comparative costs across the whole market of the dating services industryFurthermore, it's my belief that the known limited usage and the exact amounts are relevant to comparative factors which apparently they don't want made public and the same reason they refused (((for over a week wasting large amounts of my time and causing severe stress including the time and stress in contacting you at the Revdex.com))) to provide me with reasonable answers and resolve to my problems for which in return is also denying me of the included and paid for customer support services Prior to receiving an actual answer from customer service on this matter and when enduring long frustrating wait times I decided to investigate another online dating service which was Match.comThey offered a clear and transparent limit usage which supports my claim that this is indeed a honest and respectable business practice of good ethics.Had I known upfront that Farmers Only had a character limit I would of requested that the specific amount be divulged to me prior to paying for the servicePrior to paying I was already a free customer and would have tested it to see if it would of allowed me to create my necessary profileI am a very complex person and have studied certain metaphysical principles and knowledge including some being of the laws of attraction for which allowed me to know exactly what I needed to include to attract the exact desired matchI would not of paid for this service if I knew I couldn’t achieve that ends goal.In response to their statement that I continue to use their service is another misrepresentationBy their own directions it is highly recommended to complete the profile and they know I am unable to do soSo how can I be using their service as they've agreed toI have merely been playing around while awaiting an outcomeFurthermore, I went into my profile editing it by removing the main body of information knowing it was most likely misleading to others without the necessary completion as I intended to provideWithout the completion it was attracting the wrong type of personsI have received what I believe to be a large volume of interested persons however none of whom are anywhere's close to the person I wish to attractI've even replied to other members and have informed them that we were not a match but I've merely suggested to them that we could have a little friendly chit chat in the meanwhile(((Meaning to me, playing around a little bit in the interim until the matter is resolved))) I've also included the fact to other members that I wasn't receiving my paid services and most likely would not have service with them much longerTherefore, I am not utilizing my service since it doesn't meet the necessary requirements as they themselves recommend and agreed to Let me reiterate; it is upon FarmersOnly.com's own recommendations of directions to complete this process of creating a profile to "highly increase the probability of finding a successful match"They are denying me of this service and have deceptively enticed me into becoming a paid member by implementing a bait and switch practice of providing me with a lesser inadequate service compared to what they previously, mentioned, described, represented, advertised, disguised, or alluded to.I am seeking the same resolve as I've previously requested in my original complaintBUT in addition I'm now requesting to be reasonably compensated for all my time and stress I've endured for which will be discussed upon after Farmers Only agrees and admits to their deceptive business practices by agreeing to compensating me for sufferingIf not I'll most likely move forward seeking a class action law suit seeking compensation for myself and all the current and past members to which the law permits.I am providing Farmers Only with two days to accept these terms

I did phone to cancel on day of my free trial. I put a sticky note on my pc monitor to remind me to cancel if I wasn't happy with the site and that's what I did It's been so long since I signed up I can't remember when I signed up, but I did call to cancel before the days were upIt seemed to have been taken care of so I never bothered to checkSomeone at Farmers Only dropped the ball not meI don't know how much money they took from me, and as it looks now, it was way more than I originally thoughtMy bank could go back only so far. there is no arguement that I deleted my profile which is what the farmersonly people keep saying. My profile is still visable on their website for others to view, I continue to get emails that females have viewed it and would like to meet and/or have sent me a messageThis shows that no matter how many times the farmersonly group wants to say my profile was deleted, it wasn't but it remains on their website in an effort to get either myself to pay again to meet the women seeing it or to get women to pay to send me a message that I will never recieve! By their own definitions, a profile is"an online representation of a member which may contain text, photos or videos uploaded by a member through our website"If my "profile" was deleted by clicking twice, it should no longer be visable to others and I do not allow Farmersonly the continued use of my photos or information in order to try to get money from female viewers of their site! By farmersonly terms of use which the display, "If you cancel your subscription, your account will be returned to a non-payment status at the END of your current subscription period" Their own TOU states if I pay for months, I will get month! I have asked for a refund and denied it, I do not authorize farmersonly to use my likeness or profile in order to get money from women misleading them that if there is a profile they like, all they have to do is pay farmersonly a sum of money and they can chat or date the person
