billing person, [redacted], knowingly processed a refund to an invalid debit card. The refund is being rejected by the bank because the card has been cancelled. I asked for a refund check to be processed in lieu of the debit card refund. I am still seeking repayment from this company.

I still have access to my profile and the Farmers Only website and can still freely navigate around, but my profile is obviously being blocked from other members. There are 3 areas where I receive activity on almost a daily basis. 1) "Who has viewed my profile". Someone new views my profile multiple times per day especially after I view their profile. There have been no new views for 3-4 days. 2) "Who likes you". Multiple times per week, I receive new "Likes" and there have been no new Likes for 4 days. 3) "Emails". There have been no new emails for 4 days. Also, I report false profiles and other members breaking the rules by sneaking contact information into their profile text many times per week. An "auto-reply" email arrives within seconds acknowledging they received my report and they will get back to me within 24-48 hours. The follow up email they always send is simply a copy & paste "Thanks for reporting that profile to us". I have not received any responses from my last 3-4 complaint emails. From the responses thus far from Farmers Only, I hope they are on track to receive an "F" grade for their response to my complaint. Thanks for your help, [redacted]

Due to the nature of your web site it is literally impossible to use without upgrading to a premium account, you cannot send any kind of messages, view anyone who has shown interest in you or even view who has simply visited your profile. There is not even a trial, you have it set up especially considering your very poor customer service policy to extort people out of their money by offering severe limitations sans a premium account and apparently refusing to refund any amount to an extremely upset and dissatisfied customer. Although I was unhappy with the service if I was treated with any kind of respect I would still recommend it to others as even though it wasn't for me it very well may be what someone else is looking for. I only used the service for four days as the fifth day I only logged on so I could permanently delete my account. The fact that I used something I paid for and have been refused any kind of reminbursement is not grounds to justify denying me and my complaint. If you still find you are in the right by keeping my money, fine. However you will not gain any more victims from my end.

requests very reliably. You already used your paid privileges to contact members on our site. (So, although you state you are not satisfied, you've used it quite a bit!) This is all factually clear in our records. As you know from the terms you agreed to, once you use the privileges you pay for, you may not expect a refund. The terms on our site state very clearly both on the payment page as well as in several other places on the site that there are no partial refunds. This is particularly true after you have used the privileges you paid for to contact other members.

there in age." She is not entitled to any refund due to her use of the privileges she paid for. She signed up on our monthly plan and used it accordingly. She did not cancel and we take cancellations very seriously. As a courtesy and gesture of good faith, we are extending a one month refund despite, again, her clear use of the site and what she paid for. With reference to her daughter, who is a minor, minors are not permitted on our site under any circumstances. Any account created by a minor will be banned and not responded to. Under no circumstances will any minor be permitted to access the site and that includes not being able to retrieve any password.

[redacted] you are confusing two different processes: Cancellation vs. removal. Your quote from our TOS pertains to cancellation of the subscription. You did more than just that. You also removed your profile. That is when you confirmed you wanted to delete everything and forfeit your time. However, we see now that after the removal, you later came back and reinstated your profile. That is why it appears on the site. We will remove it for you but you could do this yourself just as you did previously. Please do not reinstate it again unless you want it to be back on the site. Also please make sure you did not create multiple accounts on our site if you use multiple email addresses.

Hi [redacted], as mentioned we do not offer any 7 day free trial where you put in your payment info but don't get charged. That is how we know we haven't mistakenly charged you for a free 7 day trial with payment -- we don't make such an offer. Again, the only time and reason to provide your payment info to us is when you're on the upgrade page, confirming completion of an agreed upon payment. We do know there are some sites out there that offer such trials as the one you are describing and if you have been confused in this way by another site's offer, you are not the first one. Feel free to send over any screenshot or email that you are relying on and we can help you figure out what happened.

You cannot even explain your own contradicting policy? Perhaps you have yourselves covered legally by claiming in the small print you will not refund for any reason, but ethically you are despicable. At least you have not denied that the manner in which you have your site set up it is designed to lure lonely people to your financial benefit. Any other legitimate dating service offers a trial, or at least makes the site even remotely accessible to other members sans a premium account. I didn't use the site for three weeks and then asked for a refund, it was about an hour. I was refused and tried to make the best of it. I deleted my account permanently after four days, even though I paid for it. Although the service is horrible I am not a crook and would be happy with even a pro rated refund. I will be more than willing to provide all the necessary documentation of my claims via email correspondence and my bank statement.

As per the terms of service, there is no refund permitted after using the paid privileges, which this user did for 3+ days. Therefore no refund was offered or processed.

It is more than clear that Farmers Only can't seem to keep their story straight. My previous reply clearly show's the corrupt nature of Farmers Only. I would encourage the Revdex.com to review the previous complaint, which clearly shows that Farmers Only is clearly lying. I also would like to see the proof that I had been using the site. I did go on initially to get a hold of a member, which I did and did not go back onto the site until after THEY EMAILED ME, AND CLAIMED TO OF DELETED MY ACCOUNT.  I did go on and speak to another member after they told me they deleted my account. I was surprised my account was still open. See previous attachments. While on the site speaking with the member, they blocked my access to my account because they saw me on. At that time, they still had not reimbursed me for the month, so my account should of still been active but they blocked my access to my email. The refund didn't come in until after they blocked me. Again, here they claimed they deleted my account [redacted], Aug 4, 1:31 PM:[redacted]We received your request to cancel your subscription and have processed that for you immediately. So, in reference to the terms of use, you did not merely cancel your subscription. You deleted your profile and thereby confirmed (twice) that you wanted everything deleted and forfeited any remaining time.

You removed your profile and confirmed doing so. This was no accident. However, I see you did confuse yourself by opening two accounts. As a courtesy, we will add back premium time to your account. However, if you remove this profile again, we cannot extend the courtesy a second time.

I was contacted by them this is what they sent  I paid for three months I contacted them in regards to cancellation . I used the site for a week and did not want the service it has been cancelled and they are refusing to return my money . How can they legally keep money paid for three months . This is basically a scam I would like my money back for the unused months .

We tell you very specifically and clearly on the upgrade page, subscription management page, and our terms of use that once you upgrade there are no partial or pro-rated refunds and this is what you agreed to when purchasing as we must discourage users from taking advantage of us.
Instructions for removing profile and/or permanently unsubscribing from our service are as follows: To remove your profile, look under "Account Settings" on the lower left after you login. You will see a link for "Remove Profile" which you can use for deleting your profile and closing your account.
To hide your profile temporarily only, look under "My Profile" for the link to "Show/hide profile."
