The guest purchased in November and we have a no return policy. We will not be able to cancel the extended protection plan. You do get a rebate on the cost of the protection plan in the form of an in store credit to be used on a purchased on $or over at the end the five years. The $refund he agreed to was processed back to the financing on 4/

Here are some more pictures of the item that I thought that was being ordered but in a greyish color. I am tired of Ashley Furniture litigator calling me a liar and trying to throw the blame on the, as she called them, a third party company that they did not hire stealing the furniture after leaving the store. That is defamation of their business and each of our character. Disrespectful to us bothUnacceptable

I have been working with this guest.. The furniture was delivered in October of and the guest signs at the time of purchase that all sales are final once the furniture is in the home.. There is a one years manufacturer's warranty against manufacturer's defects and the warranty is
for repair if it can be repaired. If it can't be repaired we will replace the item that we can't repair.. That is the case with the wedge that we exchanged yesterday.. We do have a service opened to look at the love seat again because the guest was not happy with the first service..

I have spoken with the guest and agreed to exchange the pieces as a courtesy even through the guest sign a waiver saying we would not be responsible for the damages. I did explain that we wouldn't refund the extended protection plan since one had nothing to do with the
other.. The guest also signed at the time of purchase that all sale are final once the furniture is delivered..

I have spoken with the guest. Pilling is not considered a manufacturing defect, therefore it is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The extended protection only covers accidental damages it doesn't cover wear, so it wouldn't cover the pilling.. The store
offered to order the guest new cushions as a one time courtesy and she refused.

Therefore, due to the poor quality of them I would be right back at square one in months or less as it is quite obvious that it cannot withstand wear and tear. Nothing would be resolved, it would only be prolongedI would like to exchange my couch for another or get my money backI can send pictures of the pilling on my couch if needed. I seriously doubt that anyone would be pleased if they bought a new sofa and it looked like mine does in such a short amount of time with minimal use

That's the only contact we have received and we can't reach anyone. We have gone in circles for months, and you sell a product that you can't back up or support. This really is quite frustrating and ridiculous. Frankly, we should receive a refund for what we paid for "warranty" service due to the inability to get the services we paid for. This is exhausting trying to get warranty services for several months and just not worth the lip service but no action. Had we known this is how we would be treated, we would have purchased our furniture at one of the many other options in town.Regards,

I apologize but I didn't receive a request for me to respond until today and when I pulled my email up it tells me that the complaint has been closed and its "answered"Actually we have been still dealing with the issueNothing has been resolvedThe person who I have spoken to several times has not helped in anywayShe gave me the impression she was going to help me but still weeks later we still have not received all of our furnitureClearly not the week time frame they had told us hen we purchased the furnitureToday we were to receive the last installment, one tableOf course it was missing pieces and will take another -days for it to be in. I have spoken with the guest and explained that the warranty on the mattress is through the manufacturer not the store We are authorized to do the service on the mattress as a dealer Sealy has voided the warranty on the mattress due to law tags being cut off We will not be able
to replace that mattress due to the manufacturer's warranty being voided She will need to work with the manufacturer for them to honor the warranty As a dealer we have to follow their guide lines on mattress'warranties

*** *** I am writing to let you know how we have been treated since our items have been deliveredIt started with the tv stand we ordered being delivered on 8/and everything seemed fine but when my husband went to place the shelves in the stand it was put together wrong and so the shelves don't fit in properlyonce we notified Ashley furniture they said they would replace it on 8/which we were fine withIn the meantime the bed we ordered was delivered on Saturday 8/They told us they would be at our house between 1-pmWe stayed home all day waiting only for them to arrive at 8:pmThat is unacceptable! In further the bed was put together so fast that after they left and we were checking it out it also is put together improperly to where the trundle under the bed doesn't fit properlyThen today 8/we had made arrangements for someone to be at our house for the exchange of the tv stand, only to be called by Ashley furniture and told that it will not be coming today because they damaged our replacement and could not give me a day when we could expect a new! again this is unacceptable!

I was told by the tech that some of our furniture would have to be replaced/exchanged because it was beyond his repairing capabilitiesSuch as the dents in my bedframe and a drawer that doesn't glide and gets stuckEach time I call customer service a representative takes all my information and I am told to expect a call back from someone but never doI would expect not only a returned call, but to not to have to explain myself every timeUnless someone isn't doing their job at the time of my call by taking down all of the info I provide them about the situationOne of the times I called I was even told I would be getting a call back from a supervisor before the end of the business day and never heard from anyone

[The contact from Ashley contacted me to explain how the service plan was supposed to work The explanation was that every single time a stain is made I must called and submit a new ticket If we dont call evey time it is considered an "accumulation of stains" This is a pretty ridiculous policy because we have kids and stains can happen daily To expected me to call them every day and potentially have 5-tickets open every week is unreasonable expectation Considering we were told we had to wait 3-weeks to get the actual appointment, you have the potential to have 20+ tickets open with them at a time That being said, that is the way the protection plan works, and it can't be changed It would have been nice to have this explained by the Ashley employee who was pushing this plan down our throats when we were checking out and paying for our furniture I was told they have processed our refund on the 7th of January and I should expect it sometime this week by mail ( a check) My main issue now is that I'm losing $from this plan, as I'm only being refunded $on a $plan, and they company(cleaning company) has done nothing for us It was advertised as a year plan for $and you get it all back after years if you never make a claim Now we are getting a refund after months (purchase made in May 2015) and losing 30% of what I paid They are essentially keeping my $and have provided ZERO service to us other than a months long struggle to get anything done with our furniture I will personally never purchase anything from Ashley again and I think these "protection plans" are a scam No one is going to call this company every time a stain happens, and since they don't tell you that you have to its easy for them to just never service the plan They also delay and delay you for weeks when you try to enter a claim, so you can basically never get the service done I've been told by the Ashley contact that they will not be doing anything else regarding my complaint, but I wanted to make sure the Revdex.com knows that this "protection plan" should be looked at I know many other people who purchased these and had the same issues, so it isn't just my experience that it is a questionable product.]

I have spoken with the guest. The TV stand was damaged when we opened it to deliver to the guest. I have ordered a new one and rescheduled it for 8/31. We are issuing the guest another $gift card for the inconveniences again
