I have spoken with the guest and he is going to reselect all the matching pieces?

The guest reselected for a different set and we delivered it on 4/and picked up the other furniture..?

Spoke with lady who said would have to reopen warranty claim but no dates have given regarding service? Tried to call back in response to the company response but left voice mail? I haven't been given a claim number or any dates for service which is the whole reason my claim was opened.Regards,

you did was leave two voicemailsWe spoke earlier today and you offered nothing and said there is nothing you all can doFirst you all said the issue with my bed was because of my floor, when I spoke to customer service they didn't blame my floor or was there any issues that could happen because of my floorYou also said the parts were probably backordered but I knew they weren't because other reps had already checkedI would appreciate it if you all would stop making excuses, resolve the issue, and have financial compensation for this as I have already requestedAll contact needs to be on this site as well

I requested that Ashley Furniture either acknowledge they lost the paperwork where I signed for the furniture that was delivered or provide a copy of the paperwork if they manage to locate itThe delivery person wrote on that paperwork that the box spring was damagedThe representative I spoke with at Ashley Furniture states they have no record of thisI would also like the delivery fee refunded to me.?
