I have spoken with the guest and explained that we agreed to allow him to reselect ? all pieces like he requested? That is the only option we will not refund the guest?

Pilling of the fabric is not a manufacturer defect and is not covered under the one year warranty..? We offered to replace the cushions as? a one time courtesy but the guest refused the cushions..? Since the guest refused the cushions and it is not a manufacturer's defect there is nothing else we can do for the guest..? ?

I have tried to the call the guest several times but can't ever leave a message.? According to the tech report.? He repaired all the furniture.? The guest signs paperwork it the time of the purchase that explains that service is the first option.? If we can repair to manufacturer's spec we will repair instead of replace

The guest signed her contract at the time of purchase that states we don't refund after delivery.? The *** paperwork states that if they want a refund they are to call 1-888-585-9488, which is ***' phone number..? ?

The guest ordered the W100-and that is what was picked up by her moving company.? The W100-normally comes with stones and crystals but her only had the crystals.? We have ordered the stones and Shipped them to her.? According to the parts department she has received them.? I tried to call her but couldn't leave a message.?

The refund was processed on 9/? I tried to call him that day to let him know, but I couldn't leave a message? I have also left messages on 9/and today to confirm that he received it, but he has not returned my call?

All of our delivery? record at electronic.? The driver was having an issue with his phone that day the it didn't record the signature.? I have explained this to the guest.? We? are exchanging the damaged foundation tomorrow along with delivering the dresser.? I have left a message for the guest to discuss further

I have explained to the guest that the warranty is through Sealy and the they must have the law tags to identify the mattress? Sealy will not honor the warranty and so can't replace the mattressIf Sealy agrees to replace the mattress without the law tags then we would exchange but they won't? I have tried to call the guest back to explain this again the number sound like it is going to a faxes machine.? ?

After a few attempts,contact was made with *** at Ashley's FurnitureA pick up date of Thursday, December was scheduled (time of pick up hasn't been set yet) and *** advised our account would be credited a few days after the pick upWe are satisfied with the proposed action, however due to the experience we've had thus far with Ashley's Furniture and the company representatives honoring with they say, we will not be fully satisfied until all the furniture is picked up from our home and a full refund is credited back in our account.Regards,*** ***

On the 31stof March I received one switch of the three I needed to repair the three chairs that needed repairsI called *** *** at Ashley and told her what I had received and what I needed*** said I would have to call Montage Services and tell them what I needed so they could send an order to her so she could order the partsI called Montage and talked to ***Instead of asking her what I needed I ask her what Montage had ordered and what was shippedShe could not answer neither questionShe ask me to tell her what I had received and what else I neededI thought this was an unusual question that Montage did know this*** said she would order the two switches and the motor I neededAt this point *** told me that they would have to send a tech out to look at the chair for complaint ***I faxed montage the information on this complaint through my church on 2-2-They had not taking any initiative on this complaint as of the 31stof MarchMontage has a procedure that the tech had to come to my house to look at the chair, take pictures, gather information from chairs for a work order to be producedSame house, same chair as the other two chairs*** said she would initiate the request for a work orderShe said a tech would contact us in two or three daysIf not I should call herThe producer with Montage is after the tech comes and sends the information back to Montage so they could the place an order to Ashley to order necessary partsWhen Ashley places the order it would be 4-weeks for the parts to be shipped to my houseThen I would call Montage so they could create a work order to send to the techThe tech would called me and make an appointment within so many days to come to my house to repair the chairsThis seems to be a system that the customer has to bear to get something ***e that is under warranty with Ashley and MontageThis brings me to another soar spotAt the time I purchased the furniture I purchased an extended warranty at the price of $I was led and thought an extended warranty was to give coverage after the original factor warranty had expiredI was told by *** *** that the extended warranty was to pay the labor to repair the chairs while still under factor warrantyWhy would anyone have bought a warranty like thisI could have repaired the chairs my self if I HAD THE PARTSThe total repair job would have been less than hoursThe $is a lot of money for the labor on this jobI feel Ashley miss led us on this warrantyI feel like Ashley sold us a warranty and if the chairs had not broke before the five year factory warranty ran out I feel like Ashley stiffed me for the warranty*** *** told me this is the way the warranty worked and I would have no extended warranty once the three chairs are repairedHow could an extended warranty no give coverage beyond the factory warranty? If Ashley is selling warranties to the people that by their furniture I feel they are miss leading the publicThis seems to be a little bit shady and above the lawI will check this outI will forward this to the manager at Ashley store attn***

Spoke with guest and the protection plan company? According to the protection plan company, they are waiting on the guest to call them back? Tried to call the guest back to let him know that but had to leave a message?

On the matter of the refund of the full purchase price of the year protection package, *** referred me to the third party (***) for a refund? However, once I phoned ***, *** and *** both advised me that during the first days, Ashley is responsible for refunding the full purchase price of the protection plan? *** conferenced me back to Ashley where *** stated the accounting office would credit the full $back to my debit card within business days because I had requested cancellation well within the day period? If ***/Ashley agrees it is their responsibility to refund and credits the full purchase price back to my debit card in days and exchanges the two damaged pieces that were received on 4/on May 29th I agree the complaint will be satisfied

I have spoke with guest? The year protection plan he purchased only covers accidental and incidental damage and that is through a third party companyThe issue he was have with his furniture was an accidental or incidental damage? The sofa was peeling? The furniture had a one
year warranty on itThe manufacturer was look at the peeling on a case by case bases to see if they would extend that warranty? However when I contacted the guest about the peeling the furniture was already five year's old? The manufacture will not extend the warranty once the furniture is five years old?

I had to order the parts, twice nowThey were originally ordered on 4/30, where is that shipment? You have not done anything to resolve this, speed up when the parts were supposed to shipped out, or have compensated me in anywayYou all say there is nothing to do besides order the part which is a pathetic excuseI want to be compensated for this and you are ignoring my request, I have even offered to return this bed frame because its obviously of poor quality and you refuse to accept the return

I spoke with guest yesterday and told her I would call her back today after I looked into? the issues to see if we could refund.? I have left a message for the guest today.? We will be picking up the furniture and refunding the guest
