The customer has been contacted.  Awaiting a call back to discuss the issue in detail.  Concern is being forward to upper management team for resolution.

A pop up on your computer screen says you need to call a number to repair the security. This is a scam. They take control of your screen and pretend to show you fake problems. Then they ask for hundreds of dollars to fix it and take your personal information and your credit card number. It is all a scam to get your money, and who knows what else they steal while they are in there. I closed my credit card right away, changed all my passwords and put a fraud alert on my credit bureau accounts. But, here is the worst part (so far): they keep calling me. I would like the calls to stop, and I would like to be assured that my identity has not been stolen.

Dear [redacted], credit to your card is not available from the main office because here we do not have ability to charge credit card nor to issue refund to it. We do not have contact with customers on a daily basis from here nor do we provide any kind of service from the main office. This is strictly administration office. I have offered you a refund, immediately, as soon as you wrote me, because I am well aware if you are writing me via Revdex.com, customer serve department did not serve you properly. Please try to understand that I am not working here against you, but for you. No one ever complained that a refund via check from the main office had any issues. Please let me know your decision. If you  are further refusing offered refund than I cannot help you further. The whole point of main office answering these complaints it, to make things right what customer service did wrong. I am trying to do right thing by you, if you would only let me.

Just had this experience with this company, pop up on my computer, give a phone # for repair, called and got "technician", then saw that this was probably a scam for money but by then they had gotten in to my computer. Have changed my password on the computer and will change other passwords and do credit card notifications. This came up through a link I clicked from [redacted] to an article about something else entirely….BEWARE! Now I'm very nervous. Have put my firewall back on and done everything I know to re-establish security and will probably call a computer expert I personally know tomorrow to see what else I may need to do. Bad stuf!

Our office does not understand why the customer is not returning our calls to resolve this issue.  Upon the original complaint we spoke directly to him on this issue.  We have emailed him and received response from him.  Message dated August [redacted] from customer has ALL of our contact information.  The customer was contacted again, minutes to us responding to the last message from the Revdex.com and we have not heard from him.  The customer was contacted again and a voice mail was left again.  We ask that the customer please contact us directly to resolve this matter.
