I was told by a sales representative, Chuck M*** ***, to wait to be contacted over and overI even asked for a different number or e-mail that I could initiate further contact and was never given oneThis lasted for MONTHS, which I have numerous e-mail correspondence We wanted an updated terminal, so given their poor customer service, we went with another provider, just to find out that we are still on the hook for an additional year because the contract automatically renews per year outside of the initial yr term contractNO ONE TOLD ME THAT THE MONTHS I had correspondence with them! Yes I should have read the page fine print Terms and Conditions, but that does NOT excuse the lack of customer service and goodwillThey knew what I was doing and should have offered the information or answered my questions regarding termination conditions BEFORE it was too lateNow our business is paying them hundreds for absolutely no transactions until we are up for terminationNothi

I was sold a rate for credit card processing, but was charged times as muchWhen I tried to resolve the issue I was consistently promised redress, but no-one ever got back to me or fixed the issueFinally I was told there was nothing they could doHaving terminated my previous vendor and spent months setting up the new one and chasing down the problem; now I have to find a new vendor all over againI'm out $to $10,This operation is not trustworthy

Our business was sold in June of Our staff member made multiple attempts to reach this company to close the accountShe was placed on hold repeatedly, disconnected once and told the office was closed and was asked to call againWe received a statement today, 9/7/17, for yet another month of fees for credit card processingThey have automatically deducted this fee from the account each monthWe have not processed a single transaction since May and have requested the account be closed
Today when speaking to their customer service we were first told that no calls from us were noted on their system alerting them of the closingLater, in the same conversation their representative said there was a call on June 5th from our office asking that the account be closed but she said we were instructed to call back since the department we needed to talk to was closedWhen asked multiple times who we could lodge a complaint with the customer service agent did not give us that informati

I had previously called in to cancel my merchant account for Unique Antler Design Inc, and I was quoted an Early Termination Fee of $if I didn't cancel by May When I called in just this morning to do exactly that, I was told that my account actually auto-renewed for another two years because I didn't call in days before the anniversary date, so now they're again quoting a $ETFConsidering I had already notified the processor of my intent to cancel, it's completely unacceptable that they would still renew my agreement, especially considering I haven't processed with them since September of I expect to be contacted about this and for it to be resolved TODAY

I sold my business in June of and after contacting our Account Executive to come help process the paperwork for the new owner to take over the contract, bank account and merchant account I was told all appropriate files were completedWell, I get a call about months later from a *** *** who is with this company asking me about fraud activity on "my merchant" accountI told Mr*** I do not have a merchant account with you, I sold my company to *** *** and he is the owner of that merchant accountIn fact, it was moved to his own bank tied to his name at the closing of my businessMr*** tells me "no"! You are still the responsible owner and we are going to come after you for anything fraudulent or customer chargebacksI assured him the situation and after dealing with this for several days Mr*** told me on the phone he would, in fact, release me from liability because he could clearly see the sale did, in fact, take placeHe assured me he would send me a l

After using this company for a couple of years, we decided we no longer needed their services But I realized I had one year left on my three year contract We continued to pay the monthly service fee of about $by bank draft Some time after the last year had passed, I called to cancel the account, they said I missed the day notice before the renewal date and was now locked in for another years So I continued to pay while not using the service I put it on my calendar to cancel before the next renewal date At the appointed time, I was instructed to fax a letter of cancellation, which I did The charges continued for several more months When I called to ask why the account didn't cancel, I was told they never received the fax I explained the situation but they said I'd have to pay a hefty cancellation fee if I now cancelled I waited another year or so and finally cancelled and paid their fee I threatened to not pay, but since I signed a personal guaranty, they w

The last use of the machine was December 2016, at that time we notified the company that we will not be using the system They continued to charge our account When the business closed, we received a Demand for Payment in the amount of $I contacted the Rep*** who was very rude and unprofessional She stated the only option we had was to settle a contract for $I informed her that the service was cancelled in and they continued to take money out of the account She continued to demand $ The withdrew more that their monthly fee from the checking account
Mind you, There was no other way to reach the company about the withdrawals, however they made contact with us when they could not rob the business monthly through the automatic withdrawals

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Please note there were numerous phone calls between their business & IWhich I explained to the the reason for the bank rejected the payment (closed account as the store closed) & said I would gladly give the new card number if they guaranteed to let me pay the monthly agreed amountBut the for mentioned lady was extremely disrespectful & rude & only insisted unneeded to pay much more than I owed & upfront before I would be penalized! Only now that I have cast this complaint are they willing to go back to their original offerI have lost hours of business & personal time me dealing with them & been over aggravated by the entire situationAt this time I would like my lease terminated in fullI will pay the last due monthly fees for July & returned paymentsThe ($mentioned) but at this point I'm very uncomfortable giving my banking information outI have read many other complaints of this company where they drafted unapproved amounts from people's banks without permission. They gave out incorrect and misleading information on my phone call with them in DecemberTheir practices are geared to trap business owners in an agreement with themI was informed they needed a letter by my renew date to avoid the feesI expressed then I wished to discontinue their services

DO NOT DO any business with this companyWhen you are approached by a sales person they will do all they can to sell you, including offering you $if they can't beat your current rates, but never mention the words LEASE, CONTRACT, or EARLY TERMINATION FEES Only the name of the 3rd Party "MCG" was mentioned, and not First American Payment Systems, They will lead you to believe that they are offering you a Credit card processing rate of $per month, 1% for credit card and 0% for debitAfter having hundreds of dollars come out of your bank account and a lot of research, you realize, that amount was for equipment only, in my case equipment that I could not useThe salesperson will never mention anything about the high percentage credit card processing feesWhen your finally made aware of everything they have already conned you into a horrible situation, and then tell you it is at least $to get out of the "contract" (that you were not made aw
