The payment from one of our long time customers is being held for weeks now with no end to the problem I'm expecting them to say I need to give them years worth of "financials" in order to show we can "support" the transaction I have been required to give them the signed receipt of the customer, a copy of the invoice and months worth of my bank statements I may hear from them today if that is acceptable, but have been told I need to give them years of "financials" with no guarantee that I will ever see that money Who knows how many hoops they have

Merimac Capitol was very hard to get ahold ofI could not get in contact with them while I was enrolled with Merimac Capitol so I decided to end my membershipAfter I canceled I saw a charge in my bank for from Merimac CapitolI tried to dispute it with my bank and am still in the process of getting my money refundedThe bank suggested filing a complaintAfter all this I am still getting mail from Merimac asking me to pay $bill after I already gave back all their equipmentThe constant letter feel a bit harassing so we would like them to end

9/9/I entered into a five year lease for credit card and check processing equipment from Apex aka Merimac Capital For the last year of the lease I have not been able to take checks at all because the first machine they sent me was so outdated it broke and the second machine they sent me did not have the correct "chip" to work with the check reader they charged me for My lease expired 9/9/ Merimac Capital became First American Payments Systems but they never advised me of that change I called to try to make arrangements to ship all the bum equipment back now that the lease is expired and they said confirmed with reference number *** that lease is expired but insisted that I send them a termination letter with the equipment even though they confirm the lease is in fact expired and then they dropped this huge bomb on me that they are going to keep on debiting my bank account for the next year unless I pay them $ This is outrageous So I don't have the equipme

In August I disputed with company in question that I did not owe this debt my contract was paid in full for the months I was contracted for.....however when I disputed with the company that I had my original contract they then sent me a copy of their contract which was a copy of the contract I already hadwhen I received a copy of their contract you can see clearly where they changed the terms of my contract and used the same signatures from the original contract .....you can also see they clearly made several forgeries to the original contract.....they then reported me to all credit bureaus saying I owe debt to them and they reported it several times to same reports ...reporting from both of their companies First American Payment Systems and Merimac Capital I dont owe either of these companies debt

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11594036, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however, I will cancel the service so my business can operate without withholding payments from our vendors due to this third party company holding the funds my customers have paid us

Sales manager offered debit/credit card machine with no annual or monthly fees associated with the machine The only fees I was to pay were for credit card transactions I used the machine one time for a debit card transaction in the amount of $ The next month I received a monthly fee from First American in the amount of $ I went to my bank and put a stop to all transactions I called the company and they said they would investigate the contract and get back with me They never called me back Instead I received a formal written demand for payment in the amount of $ Everywhere I signed my name on the contract I stated based on no annual or monthly fees They broke the contract When I called them, they said they are going to ruin my credit unless I continue with my contract and pay all fees I WILL NOT

I am an internist and practice medicine in Flushing New York
I recently placed an order of medical supplies from ISOMERIC PHARMACY SOLUTION around Feb and have given my credit card information over the phone to pay for the purchaseOn March 3, I was asked by ISOMERIC PHARMACY SOLUTION to provide more detail information on the credit card which I replied the same dayOn March
4, I got message from ISOMERIC PHARMACY SOLUTION that I need to contact their accountant regarding the credit card issuesThinking that Chase, the credit card company might hold the money pending identity check, I called Chase and found that the transaction of $from my account to ISOMERIC PHARMACY SOLUTION was completed on Feb On March 7, I called the accountant of ISOMERIC PHARMACY SOLUTION and told her they should have gotten the money long time agoThe answer was noI was told my billing address was not matched which I am 100% sure I provided the correct billing address and I need to provide

I was told by law I was required to lease a CC machine with the new chip reading featureI was happy with the product I had and it was actually free and had NO lease paymentI ran the business for the next months and not a single Chipped card entered my storeNot only did I not receive a single customer with a chipped card I later found out I was NOT required by law to lease such a card readerI recently closed the doors to my store and they will continue to take money from my account until their year lease agreement is upI signed this lease under pretenses and pressure from their associatesI said I did not want the machine but was told I would be fined and they would not make me PCI compliant nor certify my existing free machine

I decided to try First American because they promised me to save money by switching to their merchant servicesAfter running the first transaction (which I refunded to the client), I was charged $in monthly fees that I was not aware ofThe sales person I talked to on the phone was pushy, never said about fees or year contractNever got a copy of the documents I signed online which was a contract!!! After numerous of calls, I talked to Tammi (another sales person), she cancelled my contract and said the fees will be refundedNext month I get a monthly fee charge againI close my account by faxing a document that states I am no longer want to do business with them! The following month I got a letter from collection department stating that I owe $(if I won't pay till certain date will go to $and will be reported to the collection bureau)I never received a statement for this balanceI don't understand why am I responsible to pay these fees, if I never used servic

This company has made it extremely difficult to discontinue their servicesThey refuse to stop automatically renewing the contractI have called on several occasions been given wrong information and they want to charge me almost $to discontinue the contract

When the chip card readers came out, my merchant processor said I needed a new card readerMy merchant processor gave me a discount on their processing rates in conjunction with signing a lease for a new reader from (unknown to me) Merimac Capital/First American Payment I was never told it was a different company nor did I notice the small logo change in the top corner of the paperworkThe guy that walked me thru the eqipment lease, who I now know must've been a Merimac guy, misled me on what the details of the arrangement wereAt the end of the day, my understanding was that my merchant processor was reducing my rates in return for me agreeing to a monthly payment to pay for new equipment that I was led to believe (by Merimac) came from themIt turns out my business failed about a year into our year (also was led to believe it was a year) agreementOut of the blue I get a call from someone at Merimac (first time Id ever heard the name) telling me that I owe nearly $for

A year ago I was forced to close a cafe I ownedThe cafe was located in a county building, and theglorious State of Nevada, in the name of helping people, decided my lease should be reassigned to ahandicapped personI tried reasoning with every person I could find in Nevada, but the stategovernment was utterly unconcerned about devastating one of their own businesses, and asuccessful one at that.Losing my business through no fault of my own - other than trusting government, which I will neverdo again - was quite damaging to my financial statusI was able to regain some funds by selling offmy restaurant equipment, but overall my net worth was reduced by tens of thousands of dollarsIcould not have dreamed my credit card processing service would only compound my losses. As the closing day of my cafe approached, I called my credit card processing company, AppStar, toinform them of the closureTo my shock, I was told I would be charged an "early
