They have continued to call me and ask for payment I told them the situation and requested any advanced payments made to be applied ot to please add payment to end of contractThey are unwilling to helpi contacted them in advance and there service is horrible and harassing

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below So again let me say that in the email sent there was nothing stated about assisting me in my problem there is nothing stated in the email about resolving my problemnothing was explained to me about a phase plan I asked for a space maintainer I am asking that you help settle my issue fairly if you can not assist me fairly I have already spoken to an attorney and have been advised to take further action if this matter can not be resolved with the company directly I am just asking that the 1,being charged to me be fairly adjusted considering the circumstancesagain I was sold a space maintainer for 4,that medical covers and only cost and that my son does not even needi was told the front braces would be put on at no additional costafter finding this out the next day I canceled treatment and one of the braces fell of the tooth the next day so the work was not even done correctly now you guys are trying to charge me the 1,for the braces that were put on when I did not even care to get them in the first placeand again nothing was said to be about a phase plan I asked for a space maintainer someone screwed me overagain please read the email sent nothing by you there is nothing said about helping me resolve this issue I really hope you can take this email into consideration and help me resolve this issue fairly thank you ] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below ***I do not accept the response by Western DentalSending me a letter that will ultimately state they stand by the negligent treatment of dentist and the falsified billing of a treatment that was never performed to explain why they are keeping my money does nothing for the good faith I put in the practice to assist me; the hours I spent waiting for people to help me on the phone; the disregard and lies directed at and to me about simply resolving this matter appropriately when I came into the office twice afterwards; and various people vowing to return my phone calls and never doingThey have my phone numberCorporate told me they had video which would prove my assertations of what the hygentist did and did not doThen the local claimed they did notThey never called or left messages on top of never refunding my moneyThere was never any issues with them collecting money out of accountThey just don't want to return my money because they are predators pushing treatment that might not be needed at exorbitant costsIt's been months, if they planned on returning my money, it would have happened by nowRegards, [redacted]
