WORST COMPANY EVER!! DONT EVEN DO IT.
WORST COMPANY EVER! DONT EVEN DO IT. If I could give them zero stars that is what they would get! I own a transmission repair shop and we ordered a TCM for a customer, 1st one we got took several weeks to get. It was faulty and looked to never have been rebuilt. We had to jump through hoops to get them to exchange it. The 2nd one took 6 weeks to get (my customer furious by now) it worked for 2 weeks. Customer brought it back. Flagship sold that with a lifetime warranty. But then told us they would only replace it one more time. Flagship now says they will not refund due to being past 30 days from original order. SO DISAPPOINTED their customer service is the worst I have seen and so disrespectful.

Plug-and-Play Unit NOT Programmed
I ordered a "Plug-and-Play" unit from this terribly unprofessional company about three weeks ago. They claim the unit would be programmed and ready to go upon installation. That was a big lie! As soon as their PCM was installed, my check engine light came back on less than two minutes later, and my security light begun to flash constantly. I contacted them the same day to report that the check engine light came right back on in less than two minutes, with the same codes. They sent me an RMA to complete for assessment and review of my claim. I submitted it that same day. No word from them for about 3 days. Contacted Customer Service via chat, and the agent could not find my completed RMA. I sent screenshots of the completed RMA, and emailed it directly to the agent. Two more days went by, and no word. I had to keep calling them, and finally connected with someone who alleged the technician team determined my unit to be "working properly." So...why the heck is my security light flashing constantly, if the unit is "working properly?" I did not accept that. I reminded them that on the website it states clearly that a newly programmed key or immobilizer tool would be sent with units that required it. Clearly, that applies to my vehicle. The agent then said the unit could be swapped for a replacement but I would lose my warranty. Where does that make any sense?! Then, agent offered to email me instructions to sync the key. How could I sync my key to the unit without the tool to do so?! Then thr agent offered to send a return label, but I would be assessed an $85 programming fee. Why the heck would I pay an $85 programming fee for a unit that was not fully programmed?! Flagship One is a joke. They need to either send me a programmed key to the unit they sent me, send me an immobilizer tool, or send me a prepaid return label to send this "plug-and-play" unit back for a full refund. Their customer service is the absolute worst I've ever experienced.

If you buy, you'll regret it.
My experience is no different than the other buyers that had done business with that company except that my vehicle is a 2000 Jeep Cherokee.I bought a PCM that failed after 6000 miles and the one they sent me failed right off the box.It was clean and shinny to be sure but it did not work.I asked for a refund and instead the offered a store credit,like ia going to use that company again.I refused it and asked for a refund again but they send me one more ...PCM. Now I got 2 useless shinny paper weghts.Terrible company.Customer service should be called customer abuse.So much arrogance and disrespect.Project managers.Where are they.Any way I had my original Chrysler
computer repaired and I am back on the road.Lesson learned.Read the negative reviews before you buy and ignore the positive .Most likely the are fake.
If you buy, you'll regret it.

Selling bad product and not giving refund
This is the worst company to order from they get your money and they lie to you want answer the phone..Gilbert Venice, Denise I had 3 computer and did not work now they don't want to give money back truck in the shop they sent me a non program computer nothing but liars...but my lawyer will handle it for me

This company is managed nmby satan himself! FS1is 109% certified organized scam entity. DON'T EVER, EVER FALL FIR THEIR 5 STAR REVIEWS, IT'S ALL FABRICATED BY THEM.
The demons running this demonic company from hell must be SEVERELY PUNISHED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW!

Faulty product , no chance of refund or proper resolution
I ordered a PCM from Flagship 1 , using the direct part number from the original unit . Shipping took over 2 weeks - advertised as 3-5 days -. I installed the unit into the vehicle and the unit was faulty . It had the same common issue that these modules have . I Took the vehicle to the dealership ( another $440 cost ) the confirmed the module to be faulty . Flagship one is most likely , taking full payment ( advertising reman units ) and then getting control units from scrapyards , , sand blasting them and sending them to customers without even checking or testing them

HIRING SCAM!
This company advertizes a remote CSR position that pays $18- $24/hr. You get a response on Indeed or other job search, from a Catalina Patrick saying you need to contact her via her personal email address. Then she informs you that due to the sensitive information the company uses, they need to do a background check. Ok that's normal, but then send you to a sketchy 3rd party credit check place that is soo not secure and wants a screenshot of the results. Yeah no, this is not legit. No thanks.

Refund
I ordered a computer for my 2006 SAAB 93 2.0 turbo an ECM ECU on 9/15/2020 for 399.00. I was told they would send me a return label to send my ECU to Flagship One to be cloned and it would take 2-3 weeks to be received. I received the ECU on 10/8/2020. I had the first mechanic tried for 3 days to program and code it to my car the ECU did not work the check engine light was on and the ECU was not sending out any codes to let the mechanic know what was wrong. My car is now running hard and loud and it would only go 5 miles per hour with no take off at all. I took the car to another mechanic and was told the computer is not working and is not giving any info on why the check engine light is still on. I then called Flagship One for a refund and I was given the run around like I was on a merry go round, the worst customer service experience I ever received. I was hung up on sent to voicemail which I received no call back. Was then told I would need to speak to my account manager named Andy who I never spoke to after leaving more messages than I can count. Finally spoke to someone who said he was Andy but could not send me out a return label. I am now still catching a ride back and forth to work and from time to time am missing days from work due to no ride to work. I make $12.00 an hour I had to take 2 pay checks to save up for the part and now I am F[censored] with no computer and no refund to get with another reliable company to get my car repaired this company is a rip off and needs to be shut down. I work hard for my money and this is so unfair.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!!!!
Do Not Trust This Company. They sent me 2 faulty ECU's and then refused to refund my money. They procrastinated in their responses back to me to allow the Return Window time to run out, so they would not have to refund the money. Over 1000 complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau.

NO RMA
Purchased a pcm module and when received it had more codes than my old one. Vehicle throttle surged and transmission stayed in low. I called and after explaining to a lady what it was doing and the codes it was showing she asked me if the starter worked or if it was getting gas. Obviously did not listen to a thing I told her and just began reading form some troubleshooting list. I said quit reading from a list as if the throttle was surging and transmission would not shift the of course the starter worked and it was getting gas in order to notice these things. She said they would email me an rma request? Request? And after submitting it I would get an rma in 24-48 hours! I did not receive the email so called in and asked where it was and a man said he would get it right out. I did then receive it and submitted it. After several days and no rma I called again and was told the technicians were reviewing it but had not authorized an rma but he would put a priority on it. My customer is very impatient so I now must order from a reputable supplier who will not give me the run around. Not only will I lose most of my money due to their so called lifetime warranty which only allows one exchange but restocking fee and programming fee for a defective unit if returned for a refund! Why would one restock a defective unit? I have never experienced so much runaround from a parts supplier in my life and if my customer had not asked me to buy from them I would not have. So now I am out over 200.00 as from talking to others who have used them I do not expect them to give me either an rma or a refund plus the time wasted in dealing with them and a bad customer experience even though they asked me to order this item from fs1. I will never again use them or any internet parts house even though buying locally from a reputable parts house is more and if a customer wants a cheap pos such as from fs1 they can go elsewhere for service!

Company is a hoax
My brother ordered a module on July 16, 2020 and paid for it in full. It was supposed to be shipped out, they have every excuse in the book. Customer service sucks and emails are not answered. I sent another email and if nothing is done, we will be contacting an attorney. After 6 weeks of waiting, I feel it’s a scam but we are getting our money back. Don’t bother shopping here. They are the absolute worst and the customer service sucks!

Stay Clear Company is a scam!
Poor Customer, they have my money and no part! spoke to a dozen or so people all want to refer me to "Account "Manager" who never follows up! I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General. I want my money back!

Stay away!!! Deceptive business practices.
Ordered a Jeep ECU for customer off eBay, waited next to forever with several invalid tracking numbers and 100 excuses as to why it was late everything from still in programming and testing to unit failed and they looking for a core they told me it was shipped several times then when I followed up was told it was still in testing, when I finally got it and put it in and they programmed for skim module that vehicle never came with from the factory so it starts runs for 10 seconds and dies contacted FS1 waited days to get an answer then finally after multiple emails was sent a link to an RMA form that can’t be opened or downloaded only thing that did open properly was the RMA form expired notice And when contacted zero response from FS1 so I’m out the 300.00 I guess. Learn from all of these reviews and spend your money elsewhere and just get the job done spare yourself the misery of the wasted time and lost money. Customers vehicle has been here for months already.

Flagship One is not a creditable business
I was sent and Ecm that took awhile to ship due to them having programming issues... It should have been plug and play but that was not the deal. I took to a dealer to check ECM and they informed me it was a NFG part. I found a used one, put in, no problems. I sent back the ECM, followed Flagships every protocol. First their excuse was I filled the return form out wrong, then they were going to send me a new one, then no response after that. I've been unable to reach a manager for the last 8 months. This company is a scam!

WORSE COMPANY "EVER"
Stop "do not buy from this place" worse experience ever, I've been in the automotive service and repair business for over 30 years and flagship has been the worse to deal with ever, I had to end up and rent a car for my customer while I ordered and good working ecm from another company, because flagship took a couple weeks to send me a "plug and play" lol that did not work car would not start and 6 different codes popped up. I was able to dispute the charges on my credit card and got my money back but still out for rental car. Call them and put on hold for over 15 minutes each time and just had to hang up, filled out all there stupid forms what a joke I now see and understand why they have all the end text on their invoices trying to cover their a**'s

This company is terrible...do not use them
This company is horrible. They lie about everything from dates of delivery to account managers that do not exist. The part was cancelled before it was programed then showed up 5 days late. The 2009 Doge Charger was gone by then. I have been trying to return the part for over a month with nothing but lies about an account manager. Paypal is under review wanting all the return or lack of return information. All they do is put you off hoping you will give up. This company has terrible customer service...it does not exist. Do not use them unless you want a nightmare to deal with.

Order from a different company
Horrible customer service. They do not answer the phone. They always tell you an account manager will contact you, that is a joke. No one will tell you where your order is. This company may be a scam, it appears that by the way they treat their customers. Spend the extra money and go to a company that is real and appreciates their customers. Still haven't received my unit.

They always say an account manager will call you back. That is a joke. Say yourself a headache, spend a little more money and order from a real company. My opinion, this company is a scam. Still haven't received my product or heard back from the account manager.

The Worst Company I have ever experienced - STAY AWAY -
I wish they had negative stars to rate a company. STAY AWAY From Flagship One. In my 30 year military service and my 61 year old life, I can say without revocation that Flagship 1 is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a PCM for my 2002 Dodge Ram Van and it arrived within 10 days which I was happy with; however, it showed codes for a new 02 sensor I put in and so I was told to send the PCM back to Flagship One for a replacement and they had me fill out an online form so they could pay for the shipping back to their company with an RMA form for the Post Office to accept the package and charge the shipping to Flagship 1. However, the RMA form never came and I called several times only to be told that it would be there by the end of the day at each call. It never arrived; so, I paid for it myself to get it back to the company so I could get my replacement. I sent the defective PCM that Flagship 1 gave me on 15 Mar and here it is 12 Jun and I periodically received emails saying it would be sent out in the next 3 days starting almost three weeks ago. Still no PCM and my car is at the shop waiting for the PCM. I have called over a dozen times in the past three weeks and sent multiple emails only to be ignored and no one answering back either by phone or email. In the past two days, I finally got someone to answer my calls and each time (9 times) I was told that "they needed to have an account manager to tell me where my PCM and to hold for a minute until an account manager came on the line. Each time, I waited for almost 30 minutes and no account manager came on the line. Then, on the last two calls, I just said, "I want to just terminate this silly game they play and want a refund; and, again was told that "an account manager had to approve the refund but no account managers were available." What kind of business does this," I asked, and was told, 'they are very busy." I just called again today and was told, "I will take all your information and send it forward to an account manager for the refund." I can honestly say that I know I will not receive any response and will be ignored and probably out my $374.00. I can't even describe in any word or words, the discontent this company brings to people. Read all the feedbacks, which I wish I did before I even tried to do business with these unscrupulous and dishonest people. I beg all of you, with the most sincerest heart I have and my 30 years of military service to AVOID and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with FLAGSHIP 1. I don't think I can express the incredibly horrible way these people handle their customers. STAY AWAY...

NISSAN ALTIMA NIGHTMARE!
THIS COMPANY IS SO BOGUS THEY ACTUALLY GAVE ME A BOGUS USPS TRACKING NUMBER EVEN THE USPS HAS THE TRACKING LABLE WAITING BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT SO SEND OUT! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL JUST FLAT BE OUT ANY MONEY YOU SEND THEM TOTAL CROOKS FRON ( NEW YORK) ! I PRAY THEY GET WHAT THEY HAVE COMING TO THEM! LIARS, CROOKS AND THEIFS PERIOD END!
