I am rejecting this response because:Fleetmatics continues to assert the evergreen clause in the contract renewed my commitment while we were negotiating the terms of a new contractThe current offer on the table is to remove the two vehicles I have been trying to remove for almost a year now, and stay with Fleetmatics I will not do business with a company that so clearly lacks integrityI will be taking my business elsewhere and maintain my complaint as a warning to others that might be considering Fleetmatics Buyer beware

This is my point exactlyThey have resolved nothing and continue to bill me monthly for a service I don't want and don't receiveI would caution all business's or individual's who are looking into this company's service to be aware that once you commit to a contract, you will continue to be billed even after the contract runs out and even when you no longer want their servicesAs I stated previously, my contract was fulfilled in and they are still racking up fraudulent monthly chargesAnd since they responded to the Revdex.com they maintain an A+ ratingThat's AMAZING!!! BEWARE FOLKS! BEWARE!

response to my email sent on 9/23/2016 requesting for updated pricing is not acceptable. I did not receive an response back from Drew [redacted] until 10/19/2016. I gave notice of cancellation on 10/20/2016. Drew was aware on 9/30/2016 that I would be cancelling my service since on 9/30/2016 I had to send another email since I had not heard back from anyone at Fleetmatics regarding my email sent on 9/23/2016.Is it's Fleetmatics policy to wait 7 days before responding to a customer? And 26 days to provide a quote? If you do this with every customer then I would understand. But when someone states their intent to leave Fleetmatics things seem to slow down in the favor of Fleetmatics. I would also like to see the law stating that publicly traded companies can not cancel customer contracts. It seems the the employees of Fleetmatics like to use this excuse.

contract was supposed to be cancelled by Fleetmatics as they said it would be due to the [redacted]s not being compatible with our system as THEIR salesperson said it would be. I don't understand why in the responses from Fleetmatics they keep talking about the contract. AGAIN, the contract was supposed to be terminated by Fleetmatics as they said it would be! It is beyond frustrating that I have to keep going around and around with this. It should be noted that I am NOT the only business that has had an issue like this with Fleetmatics. I have seen MANY complaints about this company. Some are the same or are similar issues to mine and some are different. However, the commonality with a lot of the complaints is Fleetmatics extremely questionable business practices. Just on the Revdex.com's page alone, one can see many complaints about Fleetmatics and will also see what I am speaking about with the commonality of some of the complaints. Sincerely,
