They refuse to admit that their program is faulty, and continue to blame it on the drivers. They need to fix the issues for other customers. We are done with them.

I am rejecting this response because:  they are unable to deliver the product in a format as was sold to us.  They have made no additional attempts to resolve the issues with us.  they have made no contacts with us.  their only response is for us to pay for an unusable product.  They have also not resolved an ongoing problem with their "Reports" function making that part of the product also very cumbersome to utilize.

Issue is not resolved. Fleetmatics rep contacted me requesting proof of bank account info showing I'm still being charged. I emailed requested bank statement showing we're still being charged and followed up with rep. No answer yet. Ask Fleetmatics...
