Fleetmatics is not charging an installation fee and we are only

Fleetmatics issued a $200.00 credit and placed it on the customer's account offsetting the $200.00 invoice.
The problem is stemming from the customer not installing their units within 45 days per the terms and conditions of the contract....

Our scheduling team reached out to the customer 8 times to have their units installed within 45 days.

As of 9/22/15 Fleetmatics has not reached out to me for a resolution. They have not called nor have they emailed me.
In fact just today I received a notice from them that they tried to charge my credit card again and were unable due to a block I have installed.
Fleetmatics appears to be a highly dishonest company with business practices that should not be allowed. They are clearly one of the most dishonest companies I have dealt with in my 35 years in business.

I am rejecting this response because: At this time we have received a phone call from Fleetmatics saying the issue would be escalated to be scheduled, but we are now 60 days over the date we agreed...

to upon install our equipment and we still don't have a date set up.  We are still being charged for equipment and services that do not work or provide the service we signed up for in November '17.

As of this moment we have not received ANY correspondence from FleetMatics. They have not tried to contact us or resolve this situation. They actually processed another fraudulent payment just days ago that we had to have our bank reverse. Our bank said they have never seen such blatant disregard from a business as they have repeatedly supplied all the documentation showing they should not be processing the payment which has resulted in reversal of charges month after month, and have advised us to contact our state attorney general as Fleetmatics should not be in operation due to their fraudulent practices. As a proud member of the Revdex.com I am ashamed that Fleetmatics is not only allowed to be accredited but they are graded at an A+ rating despite these and many other poor business practices which have resulted in a massive amount of complaints against them on both Revdex.com and other complaint sites. And now that I actually took the time to file the complaint after many hours of trying to resolve prior to, they blatantly lie and say, "We are working towards a resolution with this customer. We have reached out to them and will continue to try to satisfy their concerns." Is this a joke????

I am rejecting this response because: I have not spoken anyone from fleetmatics since January 23rd. I am still awaiting an email...

from fleetmatics offering solutions to this matter.  I was told on the 23rd of January that I would have an email in 2 business days.  Please also note that I will be out of the office from February 19th - March 1st.  Any possibility of  resolving this issue before then would be greatly appreciated.

now being billed even more from Fleetmatics. Here is a copy of her email and today is Friday with still no resolution to this problem.  Good afternoon Steven, Thank you for your time this afternoon in discussing your Fleetmatics account and the concerns you have had regarding obtaining hardware for our Logbook solution. As we discussed, I will submit a request to credit your account for the (8) Logbooks that have billed on invoices [redacted] and [redacted]. This amounts to $93.92 plus tax. Next week I will be working with our Legal team on a Change Order to remove the Logbook subscription from your account and discuss sets to reinstate your previous contract dates. I will also work with our Finance team to understand how to address the ELD tablet promo and the (8) tablets you received. The promotion was $200 off per tablet. My understanding is that you would be charged the $200 fee per tablet by cancelling the Logbook subscription. I will be following up with you early next week with more details. Best regards,  Aimee [redacted]Associate Manager, Customer Success [redacted]
