Before I get into the actual review, I want to take a minute to give some praise and recognition*** *** went way above and beyond all of my expectations to make sure that everything was resolved immediately, and made sure to follow up with me via phone and email to make sure that I was updated with every step along the wayQuite frankly, the only reason that I'm going to use Flexshopper for this purchase instead of canceling my account is because of PaschalSeriously, give this guy a raise, promotion, medal, paid vacation or a cookie, he's awesome
However, my experience with Flexshopper is less than stellarAfter using their "Personal Shopper" option to pick up the item I ordered on their website I was given almost no information on the order until I called the retailer and did some digging myself days after placing the orderI was told that the item was ordered by Flexshopper, but was somehow shipped to Louisiana and was picked up a few days prior(obviously not by myself due to being, and requesting the item be shipped to a Best Buy located in northern Virginia)The fact that somebody other than myself was allowed to pick up the item is another issue all in itself with no clear resolve as to who was at fault(Best Buy or Flexshopper)
I currently have three accounts here and they have always helped me out I would like to give a special thanks to Angela Jat extension she was by far the most friendly rep I have had the pleasure of speaking to
