If you're in a money pinch and can afford the smaller weekly payments, then this is the lease to own company for you! This company also does what it says, lets you find anything from almost any company. About the only limitation is that the item(s) need to be at least $50 in value, which is actually a good thing for both the company and me, as a customer.
I've dealt with a lot of customer service reps in my life... But Sabrina have been by far the BEST !!! Her attitude demeanor and concern exemplifys what a professional is!!! All employees should take notice and follow her persona... She's a great asset to the company and if I had a Fortune 500 company she would be my top Mgr. And CEO... And if I may be frank she should be a Mrg or Supivisor NOW !!!!!!
1st time on site..was approved within seconds. .placed an order..then found something better but in total was over my contract approval. .customer service chat was able to cancel my order so I could place a new one..All this took just mere minutes to complete
I have had a very positive experience. I had one very small issue and Roxana in returns has treated me like family. She is by far one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Great customer ser

Also just to comment on the company...it's nice how when I pay everything off in three months, I actually save $50 vs if I had got my PS4, Display, and Storage on Amazon :)

Mr. N. is very passionate,patience toward me. He understand my need as senior on a fixed income. He took his time to make sure I understood the new billing plan that I wished to get on. The agent I dealt with, Albert, from start to fruition went above and beyond my expectations. He did everything within his power to give me a great experience. He took my number so that I would not have to wait on hold while he worked on the issue I was having, he even called back a few times to let me know that he did not forget about me and to give me updates on his progress. He even called me the next day to make sure a was satisfied with everything. This is the type of customer that rarely seen or heard of today.
