The only downsize to this company is that I wish that you could have automated system where you can make payments online or over the phone Instead of dealing with a representative. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything, customer service is horrible, they adjusted my payments without my knowledge and when I called they could not explain why or how. Would not recommend doing business with them
My experience with this company has been exceptional. The company has excellent customer service. The convenience of leasing has been simple and straight forward. Most all of the customer representatives have been knowledgeable and helpful, especially the last one I spoke with. That representative's name was Rick. He was very helpful and friendly.
The best thing about this company is Account Rep Valeine StFleu. She is the only rep that I have spoken with that showed me any kind of professionalism, courtesy and respect. Before dealing with her, I was under the impression that Flexshopper gives its employees the right to be rude and disrespectful to their customers!
Julia was helpful with questions I had about some products. I like Flexshopper better then the local rent to own stores in my area, because you have more choices to choose from.
This morning, bright and early I was still in the bed, mind you, I called up because something had gone wrong with the payment and I needed an answer and I needed one quick, money is not a game, it is real. I spoke with Mr. Jimmy H., he listened to me go on and on and on. I was just about ready to say, hey you can send someone to pick up the table set, but there was something about Jimmy. He did not get angry, he listened, and was looking into my file as I was going on and on. He told me that later. By the time we got off the phone he had resolved my issues and got my account back on track, I like that he gave me choices with my money. And, I liked that because he understood, that it could have been the other way around. I did apologize to him and he was like "for what there is no reason to apologize I totally understand", and because of his professionalism and humanatic ( I made that word up) manner I am staying with Flex Shopper. Thanks Mr. Jimmy H., you are simply the best.
I have had to call customer service 3 times over the past few weeks. While that may sound like a complaint, it is not! Life happens. However, what I AM saying is that each time i've called, they have been absolutely amazing at helping to resolve all issues. I am totally satisfied with their service and would recommend this company. On top of all that, i'd have to say that Enid Martin was one of the best customer service reps i've ever spoken to.

Dealing with Flexshopper has been a great experience dealing with my customer rep case manager Lemuel R. understanding with payments he has help me with payment arrangements and gives me understanding on my account .since using Flexshopper I have been able to have things that other rental establishments can't provide I love flexshopper it's my number 1# Shopping Place . The one thing that I wish they had it was you could make your payments online or pay by phone automated if that is the only downside about this company but other than that I enjoy shopping with Flexshopper
If you have bad credit or want something fast, this is the company for you. Yes the interest is kind of high but what do you expect? Everyone is nice and helpful and you talk to someone you can understand. Very good customer service.
