Great customer service. My last representative was enthusiastic and professional, as well as providing me with the information I needed. Flexshopper is a better alternative to credit card rates (compound interest). That's not mentioning the 90 days same as cash. Haven't found a company that compares.

He was excellent in helping me thru the payment process and setting up monthly payments as opposed to weekly on every item I had purchased. It made my book keeping much easier to keep track of. I can say he was professional, knowledgeable, had patience and was a great friendly experience. Sometimes, I get customer service from other places and literally from the other side of the world / can't hear or understand. He was neither. He gets A+, flexshopper keep hiring guys / gals like this and your Business will grow.

My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. I ordered an air conditioner and an hour later decided that I'd rather have a portable floor model one. I called and Julia cancelled my order without any problems. I will use Flexshopper again in the future.

I was having a meltdown after procrastinating about my shopping when I called flexshopper and was assisted by Akeela. She was amazing and set me up in less than 15 minutes
Sabrina K. is your most awesome customer service representative. She is kind, patient, extremely helpful, very resourceful, and quite pleasant to talk to on the phone. She quickly recognized and understood my problem, helped to resolve my issue using your personal shopper service, arranged for pickup at my local Best Buy, and...well, I didn't understand everything she did, but I have full confidence that I'll be able to pick up my purchase on about the date the date according to the lease agreement. I have used FlexShopper for two purchases, each time I paid the balance off prior ot the 13 week deadline, at which point the customer is liable for an entire year of payments.
I receive regular (weekly?) emails and text messages about special offers, visited the website today to take advantage of one, and found that my account had been closed. No explanation provided, no notification was ever sent to me, nothing.
Tried to reapply, denied, no reason provided other than I will receive an email within 30 days.
Looks like I will never be using the service again.
