Thankfully I got transferred to one of their reps, Brian D., and ever since he got involved all of the issues were resolved immediately and to my complete satisfaction. This gentleman even took the time to follow up with me after the fact and make sure I was happy with the result. Based on Brian's service this review will go from being negative to positive. Its a little expensive going through them to make purchases but it's an amazing option if you don't have the full amount at that moment but need / want the item. Plus you can order from many places. Just wish I could get car parts for my vehicle. Other than that good. Experience. Highly recommend it.

I spoke with Precious in the Billing Dept. and she help me by looking up my account and letting me know the payoff amount which was under $10. So I paid it off and she immediately put my limit back and is increasing it by 10%. She was very helpful and polite on the phone. I like this service because it is economical and I don't have to worry about sending in a payment it is taken right out of my checking account.

I use Flexshopper when I need something but do not have all of the cash to pay for it immediately. I always utilize the cash price option - which allows me to pay the cash price plus taxes and shipping costs within 12 weeks and avoid the huge interest costs. Today, I used the personal shopper service for the first time - I wanted an item which Flexshopper didn't have. I found it on Amazon and sent them the link and within about an hour, Shawna, one of the personal shoppers emailed me and also called me to tell me that she had found my item! Within minutes, my transaction was complete and I should receive my item in less than a week. I really like the personal shopping service and found Shawna to be friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend Flexshopper for the reasons above.
I contacted Flexshopper, LLC. by phone regarding the manner in which the dates of my billing. There was no hold time my call was answered quickly. Due to an hardship I needed to make arrangement to be billed on a different date. I had the pleasure of speaking to Hervory J. in customer service. She was very sympathetic to my need. Ms. Jules said to me that the satisfaction of their customers was their No. 1 priority. She quickly assist me and guaranteed that my request would not be problem. It was resolved expeditiously and she follow up with a confirmation email.

But ...the customer service rep Jasmine Johnson took care of the refund, without hesitation, and confirmed my delivery date of the last item. This was done so I did not have to make a double payment in the same week. Again this was minor, but Flexshoppers rep handled this with an excellent understanding demeanor. I do believe this was the third time I've ever spoken with them. The two other times I was inquiring about items through the shopper and a payoff amount.
