I contacted Flexshopper, LLC. by phone regarding the manner in which the dates of my billing. There was no hold time my call was answered quickly. Due to an hardship I needed to make arrangement to be billed on a different date. I had the pleasure of speaking to Hervory J. in customer service. She was very sympathetic to my need. Ms. Jules said to me that the satisfaction of their customers was their No. 1 priority. She quickly assist me and guaranteed that my request would not be problem. It was resolved expeditiously and she follow up with a confirmation email.
Ms. J. really put my mind at ease and it took no time at all. I can now breath easy thanks to Hervory J..
I made my third transaction with Flexshopper in the last year and half, today and as usual, it was great! I use Flexshopper when I need something but do not have all of the cash to pay for it immediately. I always utilize the cash price option - which allows me to pay the cash price plus taxes and shipping costs within 12 weeks and avoid the huge interest costs. Today, I used the personal shopper service for the first time - I wanted an item which Flexshopper didn't have. I found it on Amazon and sent them the link and within about an hour, Shawna, one of the personal shoppers emailed me and also called me to tell me that she had found my item! Within minutes, my transaction was complete and I should receive my item in less than a week. I really like the personal shopping service and found Shawna to be friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend Flexshopper for the reasons above.
There was a small issue with my online order and the representative Bree (x373), helped me solve it. She was extremely helpful, fast, and found the solution I needed within literally 5 minutes. Her customer service was excellent. Hats off to Flexshopper and their professional staff.

There was originally some sort of mixup between FlexShopper and Adorama, where I was purchasing my lenses, which resulted in my making payments but not having received my products. I called FlexShopper to check in on my order, and Bree was so helpful. She helped cancel out the order on their end so that I could place it again with the camera shop. I was also credited back all of the money that I had paid prior to my phone call. It was fast and easy and she was so helpful!

I think flexshoppers are phenomenal everybody is kind and thoughtful every order that I made came that time it was supposed to come in the amount that I was supposed to pay for it over 52 weeks they've been great I can't add anymore I wish they was around a lot sooner thank you flexshoppers
FlexShopper is basically an online rent to own company. It is for people like me with bad credit who would like, for example, a new computer but can not afford to buy one and can not get credit. You will pay more for the product than you would if you paid cash for it, but it is a trade off that is worth it, in my opinion. Easy weekly payments come automatically from your bank account. After 1 year the item is yours.So far my experience with FlexShopper has been great. As long as you know what your getting and what is expected before you buy everything will be fine. Enid with their customer has been great. I do not have anything bad to say about FlexShopper.
I'm so happy with Flexshopper, they have help me purchase the bed that I really wanted for my kids. I had a question about the delivery day and when I spoke to Luella the CSR she was absolutely amazing. She was very kind, helpful and had a lot of knowledge. She answered all my questions and went that extra mile for me. Is great to see people that actually love helping others.

heres a reveiw most is will not understand even after I explain it, I don't care what flexshopper's policy says they have 2 obide by fed and state regulations, so what state your in is the regulations they must obide by so guess wat they state I live in if they send me something and I don't get I don't have 2 pay 4 it till I get it, and if they send me they wrong item guess wat I don't have 2 pay but in another state they regulations might be diff. 2nd if ur dumb enough 2 order from flexshopper which is the same thing as any rent2own in any state and price anywhere from 1.5-4x as much as it would 2 save ur money and buy it outright from bestbuy, lowes, or any other brick and mortor store than u have right 2 complain about paying 2 much u made your bed so lay in it, 2rd when u see that their not accredited by the Revdex.com and don't check reviews and u decide 2 go ahead with your purchase then u deserve what u get. And 4th any1 that advertises that u get instant credit no matter ur credit history guess what their a scam, their not in buisness 2 help u but themselfs in the long run.
