Katherine E. provided me with great customer service while patiently, and very politely explaining the options that were available to me concerning saving me money on leases that I have with flexshopper.com. I am really appreciative of the fact that flexshopper.com decided to take a chance on me during a time in my life when I had very few options in obtaining some of the better things in life! First off, despite the fact that I selected NEUTRAL...its more on the Positive end Anyway, let me say my application process (approved for $within minutes) and receipt of one of the items I ordered went smoothly and very well I ordered on I believe it was the 15th of January and by the 18th my refrigerator was being delivered to me The ONLY drawback with the fridge was I received zero notification that it was coming Therefore I had no prep to be home to receive it I just HAPPENED to be home that day OK so fast forward to my stove purchaseThat was quite a debacle It started out similarly to the fridge wherein it was delivered QUICKLY, but it was not the right one as far as type Therefore the return had to be processed THAT WAS A NIGHTMAREIt took three weeks of back and forth and in the interim I was without a stove (since I was expecting my new stove I threw out my old one) Anyway, the saving grace was when I was able to deal with the manager in Returns- [redacted] She was an angel and did back flips to make sure I got the wring stove picked up and my correct stove delivered all with a week turnaround time I am now expecting the stove to be delivered this Saturday and I couldn't be happier! I will hopefully be able to contact FLEXSHOPPER to day to arrange for the early opt option I understand you must state you will be doing so and not assume if it is paid off in months, you no longer are responsible for the lease payments I am getting this from the reviews I have read here I hope that is accurate I will see I also recommended this to a friend and she was pleased with how fast the delivery of her fridge was SO yes, FS is still a plus in my eyes I will see how it works

Life happens However, what I AM saying is that each time i've called, they have been absolutely amazing at helping to resolve all issues I am totally satisfied with their service and would recommend this company On top of all that, i'd have to say that Enid Martin was one of the best customer service reps i've ever spoken to
I had an excellent experience with my Flexshopper her name was Shawna she was helpul and called me back when she noticed an old order to make sure I understood the company policyShe is a keeper I hope they get more staff like her
I have used this company many times over the past year I always take advantage of the 90days same as cash And the personal shopper They keep raising my credit limit But one has to know there own limit Or this company is going to make money off you Always good customer service

I heard of Flex Shopper on a TV ad and thought it would be the perfect solution to getting a new washer and dryerHowever, part of me figured it would be too good to be trueI visited their website and searched for a washer firstFound one at dollars a week and knew that I'd have to (according to their commercial and guidelines) pay on it for weeks before I could own itI did the math and was shocked to learn that I'd be paying nearly dollars for the same washer I could walk into Best Buy and purchase for only I wondered who in their right mind would go through with a deal like that and figured surely I was misunderstandingThen I saw a line below the weekly payment that said "Get it today & own it in months or less." But there was nothing for me to click on to review the details on this certain washerred flag number oneI read the FAQ page and a lot of what was explained confused me so I did a live chat with some woman named [redacted] I stated my concern and questions, which turned out to be a good sized paragraphI kid you not, about seconds passed before I received a link to the same place I'd read about their policiesThe lady couldn't have read that whole paragraph in five seconds and the whole conversation felt rushed and like I was wasting her timered flag number She told me that I would have to add my item to the cart AND check out before I could get the important detailsRed flag number That's just sketchy afcording to [redacted] , nothing would be set in stone until I e-signedFor [redacted] and giggles, I decided to see what would happen when I added it to my cart and clicked "check out" since Flex Shopper claims no immediate payment is askedIt took me to a page where I'd have to fill out every personal detail of my life, including my SSN, how much I make, my employer's name and number, routing and checking account number, and more that I was completely uncomfortable in giving outSomething told me to search reviews on Flex Shopper before I jumped the gunSure enough, I found they're not even credited by the Revdex.com and that more than half the reviews were terrible and left me horrifiedAfter reading the reviews I feared Flex Shopper somehow could collect my info simply because I signed upI also read the positive reviews and noticed that the majority of those were people who had yet to receive their item and only spoke favorably of how they were treated as a customer when they placed the orderMaybe I'm paranoid, I don't know, but I'd rather be paranoid than get ripped off and have my identity stolen, money drained from my account, or having to open up a law suit Thank you, to all those who left the negative reviews, you more than likely just spared me from a huge stress in my life that I just don't need right nowAnd I'm terribly sorry for those who got duped by this so-called company
I was having a meltdown after procrastinating about my shopping when I called flexshopper and was assisted by AkeelaShe was amazing and set me up in less than minutes
Would like to say Shawna at flex shopper is the most helpful person I have ever spoken with she went out of her way to help me even the managers and supervisors didn't do the job she does
I was kind of skeptical about using my banking information on line, but I was assured it was safe to do soI spoke w/Richard *** he was just wonderfulHe was very knowledgeable about the business, help me find what I neededI would highly recommend this companyHe make me feel really comfortable
