I recently submitted a negative experience with this companyThat complaint was reviewed by the company and a representative called me and was very understanding and is making arrangements to correct my problem to my satisfaction
This company cares about its customers and will work to make things right

I had a great experience with Flexshopper on todayWhile scanning the website I need additional information on how their rental process works if you are ordering more than what the original package/set indicates for that particular itemThe agents was very knowledgeable and advised me on how to purchase additional items to complete my set She was swift to answer and inquired as to whether there was anything else she could assist me with and thanked me for being a customer
Excellent customer serviceVery patient and informativeI spoke with Richard and earlier today I spoke with Bobbie, both were excellent!

Shawna was very helpful, profession and very friendly She complimented my choice of furniture and in addition, she was able to locate the items that I wanted through one of their preferred companies So I was able to get what I wanted even though it was sold someplace else Shawna made sure to check my items to make sure what I had was what I intended on requesting, as I had some items that were incorrectly titled due to my own error I was very pleased with the overall level of service provided
I had called Flexshopper first to see if they would be whacking my credit with a hard inquiry and they had said no and to go ahead online and applySo after applying I received an email saying I had in creditI started to look for the product im looking for and submitted on their website, then over the weekend I suddenly could not get into the website , so decided to call , the toll free number would not work, so then I used the instant messaging feature and asked *** why and what was going on, he stated upon second review I was declined and then he abruptly ended the sessionI guess I should be thankful either way not do business with a company that A stated I had credit with them and the B their own toll free number did not workI do have credit with a more reputable business the only downfall is the limitation of productsBut the experience of this shows me that this company is inept in every wayAlso they stated I would be getting an email explaining all this as to why I was declined which I never did only the initial one saying I was approved
I had the pleasure of dealing with Darlene Mtoday, she was excellent!!! She really gave me the kind of experience that made me happy to be a customerThese calls can be anxiety provoking because you never know what kind of day the person on the other end is having , Darlene took my concern and handled it so professionally and at the same time made me feel like a valued and appreciated customer! You need to clone her!!! She's the kind of employee that will keep business coming! Thank you again for all help with my order!

My name is ***(***) ***, I go by *** Today; I contacted chat support for Flexshopper, regarding my problem I had with not being able to get approved for a product I so deeply wanted I spoke with Bree on customer chat, and I must say, if hadn't been for her, I probably might have felt differently about my situation She is an asset to Flexshopper, because she took the time to be patient with me and help me find the product I wanted at a cheaper price so that I would get approved for it
*** was patient and attentive regarding payment on my accountHe was courteous and approachable, it's hard to find someone like that when payment is an issue on any accountI appreciate his understanding and willingness to assist me
Great company to do business with I ordered my kids some headphones and literally received them in days and I haven't had any billing issues I will be doing business with them in the future
Well I am a happy customer with FlexshopperI have been treated very wellToday I needed to get some info on a product I purchased and I was quickly connected with Jeff, I was very pleased that he took the time to talk to me one on one and fully concentrated on my situationI must say that I will be a long time shopper with flexshopper and I really do hope if you are reading this give em a chanceI see some people getting mad they didnt get approved, for sure they must have lied on their app or they might just have NSF on their bank accountsI have a bit of hick up on my credit and they still worked with meThanks Flexshopper
I called to changed my shipping address from my home to workI found out that I was unable to due so at this timeThe customer repJulia, really show care for my concern
She offered an alternative which works out better for me, and I saved a few dollars at the same timeMy first experience with Flex Shopper was satisfactory

I had an amazing customer service representative help me today by the name of Nelson R He was knowledgeable, patient, extremely courteous, and very helpful He took the time to sort through my issues one at a time and had no problem explaining each step to me throughout the process I highly recommend him and hope to continue interacting with him while I conduct business with FlexShopper
