I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I do not accept Flight Club's reply. the issue is the authenticity of the sneaker. The Sneaker is a fake and you clearly see in there response the they check and double check to make sure they deliver a true, real and authentic product. The Flight also responded to me and suggested that I add NIKE since NIKE is the manufacturer of the BLUE MIRROR NIKE FOAMPOSITE.  I would like to add NIKE as well. I paid 465.00 for the sneaker. I wan the sneaker or recovery of my 465.00 plus additional 335.00 for my inconvenience.   I have added the response from Flight Club as well.  How can I add NIKE to this complaint?

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Flight Club New York LTD regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 
They said to send back the sneakers to them , I sent them back unopened in the original box they shipped to me on March...

[redacted].  They said they would review the sneakers and I still have no credit issued back. They said the refund would show up between 3-10 days and it has not.[redacted]

We guarantee the customer is receiving 100% authentic and unworn product. We are not to be held liable regarding the quality of the product being that we do no manufacture it.
