Ms***, We have cancelled both of your orders and have processed a full and complete refund. These funds will return back to your account within two to five business days.Upon reading the details of the complaint I must correct you on a couple of points. The first being that
in no way is this business a scamThe reason it took so long to get back to you is that the florist had provided a delivery confirmation so we needed to take some time to verify this information. The response does not address the fact that their florist failed me to contact me on the day of the funeralIf they had contacted me as customer service said they would, there would have been time for the flowers to be retrieved or replaced within their hour time frame. After the funeral, the flowers were taken away by a member of the grieving familyI no longer have a way to find them and retrieve them
