The arrangement sent didnt resemble the arrangement ordered in any wayI ordered a floral arrangement with pink and white flowers anA pink bow with a basket I got greenery, no flowers, no basket, no pink bowThats not substituting when you miss the mark with every detailThats a florists choice Type of arrangementIf its not available, it shiuldnt be an optionThats advertisingYou should obly have florists choice on there since thats what everyone isgoing to get Instead of charging people double for a product you cant produce.
