Ms***, Regardless of the location of the product in order to provide a full refund the product must be retrieved by the florist who had initially filled the order. Again, a full refund was offered several times however, you had refused this option as you did not want to have the product retrievedYour stance on the situation was made very clear when you had stated "To ask the customer to take back a bouquet from a grieving family AFTER the funeral has been completed is terrible, tasteless and tacky." It is not that the flowers were unavailable to be retrieved, the situation is that you did not want to have them retrieved. We understand that this is a difficult time for the recipient, however, as with any retail product the item must be returned in order to receive a full refund. Kind regards, Flowers LLC

You have failed to address the fact that your florist did not contact me on Friday as your customer service indicated they would. Had they contacted me when promised, the flowers could've easily been retrieved or replaced and it would've been BEFORE the funeral when the location of flowers was still known because they were still at the funeral home (where they had been delivered).

Revdex.com:Considering that most FTD arrangements are sent from out of town, I had no way to see the arrangement myself.  My 86 yr. old mother reluctantly told me that it had died a few days after the fact.  She spent 4 days nursing it before she let me know.  Being in the business, there are two solutions I would have done.  Firstly, it should be easier to submit a complaint.  There were too many "it's not my job" responses.  Secondly, just for good will, I would reimburse the client fully and apologize.  That being said, I will accept the resolution of a partial reimbursement, but will remain wiser from here on out.
