I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintThe response by this business contains multiple claims, and claims that fail to satisfy the law.: They claim, "FMR has been contracted to handle a personal business matter regarding *** ***Said account was placed with our office on September 26, No calls were made to your number from this office prior to that day." As I made clear in my original compliant, I have been receiving identical robocalls at this number, claiming to pertain to "*** ***", for several *years*I have no way to know from what "office" these calls were made, or where the robots making these calls are considered to be located, especially since in each case the caller ID was spoofed to an invalid *** (*** *** ***, my local area code) numberEven if some alleged third party (who FMR has not identified) contracted with FMR to make harassing phone calls to my cellphone number, that would not make robocalls to this cellphone number legal. Nobody at this phone number has any prior business relationship with FMR or has consented to receive robocalls from FMRThey also claim, "we could have removed your phone number immediately had you contacted our office to let us know the wrong number was being called." This is untrueAs I said in my original complaint, "When I call back at the numbers provided in the robocall and and ask what the calls are about, they state that they are with 'FMR in ***, New York', but then hang up on me without providing any other info." FMR still has not offered any settlement of my claim for damages for their violations of the Telephone Consumer Privacy Act, has not identified or provided contact for their registered agent for service of process in the state of California, and has not identified or provided contact information for the alleged third party they claim hired them and provided my cellphone number and claimed it was associated with *** ***

I’m sorry I worded it differently, I didn’t mean to confuse you, but you are required by law to be bonded in the state of *** to collect this is directly from the *** Secretary of States website and I have already spoken to them and you are not licensed or bondedThe fact that you think I am stupid enough to believe you or you truly believe you do not have to be bonded goes to show how incompetent this company isSo what you are trying to tell me the *** Secretary of States office does not know what they are doing or what is required of you to do business in the state of ***, I’m sure they will appreciate that when I file a official complaint with them and the *** Attorney General, since it can be considered a criminal offense for you to try and do business here in *** with out being bondedI have also included screenshots of the online database where it shows you are not licensed/bonded to collect in the state of *** so stop your BS the Revdex.com even has an alert in bold red on your account stating you have failed to provide proof you are licensed/bonded to collect in the states you doI also was told that I would have a Validation of Debt mailed to me within 7-business days, this would have also given you the chance to so you are legally able to do business in *** so surprise, surprise I have not received said VODAlso on your website the only address listed is a PO Box, by law a physical address is requiredThe address on Revdex.com comes up on *** maps but does not show this business I have pulled up the info and photo from the developer website http://www.***.comI only accept the response on the grounds that this will indeed be the end of dealings with this company and I you better not “sell” the BS debt I do not owe nor did I ever take out or I will seek other actionAlso, if I do receive further contact of any kind from this company I reserve the right to reopen this case or file another.
