I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If this happens all the time then why wouldn't the representative accept me telling them I did not owe for a payday loan and their only response to this was "we will be turning this over to our Legal Department to prosecute you for fraud?" No response required I accept the resolution

Forward
Movement Recovery (“FMR”) has received the above complaint and appreciates the
opportunity to respond in kind
FMR
was attempting to locate a consumer with the same name as Ms***. In our skip-tracing efforts, we take great
care to follow federal law and treat all
consumers with respect. We appreciate Ms*** brining her
bankruptcy to our attention and will make sure it is noted and she is not
contacted again
We reviewed the
remainder of the complaint with our representative that spoke with Ms***
and, while we disagree with her interpretation of what took place, we have
placed a note in the representative’s folder and have sent him back for
re-training. We sincerely apologize for
any lack of professionalism Ms*** may have experienced
We are not sure how else
we can assist Ms***, but we assure that FMR will not contact her again
Please
contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter
Sincerely,
