They called at least times a day until making this complaintI do not agree with their practices, nor their threats to search out family and friends to find meThis is highly inappropriate! We did speak with Ms
*** on September 17, whereby, after verifying all of her information to
ensure we had the proper consumer, we discussed the above debt with her. She seemed nervous in conversation and asked
us to send the attached verification of debt.
Our representative that spoke to her assured her it would be sent and to
call back in when she wanted to discuss resolution. We have reviewed this complaint with the
representative that spoke with and we can assure your office that they were
cordial and assisted Ms*** any way they could
We are not sure where
Ms*** is getting her information or worries that we are a scam. We wish there was a way to address the
representations and defamation that is written on the internet without
repercussion. We can assure Ms***
that we are in fact a legitimate company, registered with the Secretary of
State
We are not sure how else
we can assist Ms***, but we assure that FMR will not contact her regarding
this account again unless she calls back into FMR to resolve the issue herself
as her loan remains unpaid

I may have checked the wrong response When I attempted to contact the company to make a payment as suggested by you until I had heard from you, a manager from that company had taken the call, said they were returning the $80, that no further payments would be expected He was very upset that I had contacted you It was not until I had contacted you that I received any documentation from them regarding this bill The company mentioned in their letter I have never heard of After that call it was my understanding that this issue would be dropped and not pursued and that no additional payments would be required The statement they made that no threats were made is untrue It was my hope that I have heard the last from FMR I was expecting there would be no further communication Please let me know if this is the case
