Call customer no answer left msg with my name and number asking them to contact me Let them know we will refund the amount owed and it should only take to business days for the refundI will find out why it his taking so long, but I did see we sent part of the funds back, but will find

I have cleared Mr***'s balance with the Star-Telegram and contacted A.R.Mto cease any further collection efforts Mr***s credit will not be effected

The distributor started a new carrier on the route and a mistake was made. Visual checks will be made the next couple of weeks to insure a delivery has not been made. Thanks***

breakdown from when I first paid, until now, of the coverage periods. Once I receive a detailed letter describing all payments I hope to be able to Accept the Business Response

Again, assertion that you "have contacted the distributor" is not a resolution to this problem It is passing the buck I have been told this on more then one occasion in the past The only way to prove that this issue is resolved is by not delivering the paper This can only take place over time When six months elapses and you paper has not been placed on my property, I'll take that as some action having been performed. Also, you still owe me money You forced me to do labor on your behalf, after being repeatedly warned that this would be the result I will recoup compensation for my efforts I gave you every chance in the past to make it right and you just ignored me You have no idea how marginalizing it is to have your will do be so blatantly mocked ON YOUR OWN PROPERTY Especially by a stranger To restate, resolution of this incident can only be achieved by satisfying two requirements: Stop delivering the paper to my house, forever Pay me for the additional effort incurred to remove said papers.
