This was not turned into the credit bureau, to do that we would have to have a social security number The collection agent works for us and we have contacted them to write the balance off

I called Ms*** and left her a message informing her that you account with the Star Telegram is closed and any outstanding balance was been waived The collection company has been contacted and collection efforts will cease, and no damage will be done to her credit history Per
customers request, her address has been added to the do not call and do not knock lists for the Star Telegram

Talk to customer and advised this was a valid debt and we have written it off this one time only

*** ***, I have forwarded you information to the telemarketing team and they will address with the vendor and will add you to the Do Not Call list

I have just mailed customer a letter letting her know that we have received payment and her expire date is 4/23/

Distributor has been contacted to permanently stop delivery of the Star Telegram product to this address
