Call customer and I do show she stopped her account and it has been paid in full.  Advised her not to worry about the collection letter we have taken care of it.  Gave her my email address and phone number and told her to call me anytime there was problem.

invoices were sent to your address on 12/18/17 & 2/1/18. In addition to the notices, our retention department also made multiple attempts to contact you by phone. We are sorry that we were not able to connect with this customer.I do not see anything on your account requesting cancellation of your subscription we record 100% of our calls for quality purposes, please provide the dates on which the calls were made the phone number and person you spoke with and we will further research.

It was a valid debt and we have canceled the balance.  Call the customer and advised them of this

I am rejecting this response because:That is not acceptable. For a year, they repeatedly claimed that they would adjust my subscription to expire on December 14. That expiration date is not correct, but they did not even do that. The expiration date did not get changed until after I filed the Revdex.com complaint. Now, they are claiming that my subscription was shortened due to publication of so called premium content. I did not request that. I paid for 52 weeks. I think that is a deceptive practice to conceal a price increase. I have never heard of that type of clause in a subscription. Again, I paid for 52 weeks every year for 30 years. I want my expiration date restored to January 31.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 7/25/17, I then closed his collection account with A.R.M. and cleared any outstanding balance on his account with the Star Telegram.

I have received no refund whatsoever from the business.  I returned the call I received but the person that called me was unavailable.  I left her a message stating they had not refunded any money to me.

Ms. [redacted],  your account has been corrected. Your Sunday Only Subscription to the Star-Telegram account is paid through 10/14/18.

[redacted],  I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused,  Your account with the Star-Telegram and [redacted] is now closed.  Any outstanding balances have been removed.

Mr. [redacted] phone number has been added to the Do Not Call List and forwarded to the group leader of the telemarketing to have the telemarketing contractor remove Mr. [redacted] for the call lists.

I have called the customer a number of times and no answer.

Thank you for providing us with the bank account information,  our finance department was able to locate the payments in question. Our Finance dapartment is issuing a refund for the charges and you should see a refund check in the mail within 10-15 business days.

It was a valid debt and we have cancelled the balance and placed you on the DO NOT CALL list.

Distributor has been contacted to permanently stop delivery of the Star Telegram Express.

We have contacted the District Manager of the carriers asking to stop throwing all Free paper.
