I have already sent the ST a check as payment for one half of the amount they billed me for days of papers that they delivered after I canceled my subscription verbally and in writing. It is not my desire to punish a news organization because of an overly aggressive marketing staff

I called customer, but no answer I have sent msg to carrier and DM asking to stop all free papers

Mr*** I apologize that the Star Telegram Express is still being delivered to your address after you requested it to stop. I have made the Distributor and the Logistic Manager away of this issue so it can be addressed and the paper delivery stopped. If you have any further issues

I have written the balance owed off and stopped the account, also place this account on the DO NOT CALL LIST
