Absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend tried to surprise me with an arrangement. He called me around 4pm to ask me if I received my flowers yet. I had not. The arrangement was scheduled to arrive at 12pm. He paid for expedited shipping. I proceeded to call the [redacted] customer service number. I waited in the phone for over an hour. After 7pm the flowers still had not been delivered. The excuse was, "The florist is backed up and the delivery should be to you between 11pm-12am. Valentine's Day 2017 was officially ruined. He spent over $150 on flowers that were never delivered. The lady had no choice but to refund the arrangement. Pissed is an understatement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CON-ARTISTS EVER!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Though I did not get $20 gift certificate as the business claims they gave me, (which I do not need, by the way, for I will not be buying my future flowers through them any longer), I did receive finally the full refund on the 2 problem arrangements. It was a shame I had to go all the way to the actions of Revdex.com to receive the customer care people to reach out to me which they never did to their emails etc.

Ordered flowers from the website thato were on sale. You would think a big sale item would be well stocked, wrong! They call me the day before they're supposed to be delivered and tell me they are unavailable for 2 weeks. They then try to substitute the flowers so they don't have to refund me. Now I'm unable to get the flowers for my loved one at all from anyone because they have my money on hold for the refund almost 5 days later. By the time I do get the money back ito will be to late. My tip to anyone, avoid this company. Between poor service and having items on sale that are not available I do nothink recommend them. Beside refund the money which is taking forever they didn't offer much of a resolution for their mistake.
