Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The replacement arrangement was not delivered as originally indicated when I spoke to the representatives who accepted my orderThe Mother's Day arrangement was ordered on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, however the order was not delivered until Monday, May 15, left outside which I specifically ask that the delivery person not doI will NEVER use this copany for services againI am letting everyone I know about the horrible customer service I endured at the hand of From You FlowersI will use all media outlets possible for my voice to be heardThis company is of poor quality and need to be investigated by the Attorney General's office for such poor services, deliberate misinformation and advertisements Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me HOWEVER, I still feel the way this was resolved in the time it was resolved is not good businessI would like to see this company remove the promise to deliver flowers by a noon time when this is something they obviously cannot do Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although I do appreciate the complimentary floral arrangement It was only done after I reported the case to the Revdex.com You spoiled my special occasion by confirming my flowers would be delivered on Sunday and then reneged and said Monday and then on Monday you said you could not deliver them all I already requested that as a result of your breach of agreement that you use another vendor to ensure prompt delivery of my floral arrangement and it wasn't until I contacted the Revdex.com that you decided to comply I do not expect anything further from you but wish to have the complaint charged against you so other potential customers may see what others have experienced Sincerely, [redacted]
