I am rejecting this response because:  I went on the Fromyouflowers.com website today and I am very disgusted that NOTHING has been changed on their website.  They are still scamming their customers with all ot the REDICULOUS service fees/charges..   What really needed to be done, they aren't doing.  Although they have called me, I do not wish to speak to such a company that thinks by reimbursing one customer (so they say they reimbursed me, it has still NOT posted to my account) but ripping off a thousand more is ok.

While I did have some struggles initially w/my order ( the quality for the price ), I will say they have immediate turnaround in customer service, and in the end, resolved the situation very well with me. Thus, I was pleased overall w/customer service/attention, though it required some work/time.

This was terrible. I ordered flowers for my husband as a surprise and clicked same-day delivery. They didn't deliver same-day and when I called they said they could deliver it the next day. I said no one would be home until 5 pm. She said she could contact the florist and let me know whether that would happen or not. No one called. The next day comes and they call my husband at 11 am. 11 am! They're not supposed to deliver til 5 pm and they ruined my surprise! So now he knows because they called him... twice. Somehow the florist thought it was going to be a pick-up order even though neither my husband nor myself said anything about picking them up. I payed $80 to have flowers delivered the same day and they messed it up 5 times. They said I didn't get charged for same-day so it doesn't matter, I clicked same day so that's not my fault. If I pay you 80 for what began as a 30 dollar order I should probably get it on time, without you ruining it 5 times, thank you very much.

We have spoken with the customer again and have offered her two complimentary arrangements on behalf of our company being delivered to  two different recipients of her choice, to at which she has accepted this offer. We have left several messages and tried contacting them via email and haven’t heard a response back as of today. At this time we have gone ahead and refunded this...

I am rejecting this response because:Fromyouflowers did not provide me everything I requested. They did not disclose the name of the florist they claim delivered the flowers even after they said they will not use them again.  I hope the Revdex.com will downgrade the A+ rating that Fromyouflowers enjoys on your website as they are not deserving of it.  If you read the comments that FYF customers have left on the Revdex.com website there is an observeable pattern of not fulfilling orders.  I will not be accepting their offer of complimentary flowers.Sincerely,[redacted]
