Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: [redacted] states she has had frequent inconsistent phone service Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises it is currently reviewing Ms [redacted] ’s account to see what can be done to achieve a more reliable service.Frontier advises that we will be in contact with Ms [redacted] upon Frontier’s review of the account.Frontier has made an attempt to reach [redacted] ; however, Frontier has been unsuccessful in speaking with herMs [redacted] has been given contact information to Frontier We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Frontier has reviewed Ms***’s account and found that she had a year term commitment dated 10/20/– 10/19/ The term dates are reflected on her monthly bill statement as follows: FiOS Video Promotion Term 10/20/- 10/19/ FiOS Promo Term 10/20/- 10/19/ Ms [redacted] contacted Frontier via online chat on July 27, advising that she wanted to cancel service The consultant explained that there would be an Early Termination Fee Ms [redacted] contacted Frontier on October 5, requesting return kits for her equipment and advised that she would call back later to cancel the service as she would be moving in a few weeks She inquired when she could cancel without an Early Termination Fee The representative noted that there were there were two dates reflected on the account and incorrectly advised her that she could disconnect after October 20th Ms [redacted] contacted Frontier on October 20, to discuss cancelling service and was advised that there would be an Early Termination Fee Ms [redacted] called again later the same day requesting to put the service on vacation; however a review of the found that no order was placed Therefore the service remained active and the billing continued as normal The TV service was suspended on November 14th due to a past due balance of $ Ms [redacted] contacted Frontier on December 6th in regards to her service being suspended and stated that she was told she could put the service on hold until she needs to activate it again The consultant advised that the service had not been put on vacation On December 13th the Internet service was suspended due to a past due balance of $ Ms [redacted] contacted Frontier on December 27th, December 29th, February 10th and February 12th to dispute the bill stating that it should have been on vacation starting on October 24th The service was disconnected on December 29th per Ms***’s request In the interest of resolving the complaint, Frontier has adjusted the account to a zero balance as it was found that Ms [redacted] requested vacation service in October however it was not placed on vacation The credits will appear on Ms***’s February 25th bill statement

Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: The drafting of this project is being finalized with our Engineering contractorOnce complete, the job will then be priced out by Frontier to determine the costThere is a potential that some of this work could be billed to the Power Company.The Job requires:Placing anchors on 40+ poles • Placing spans of cable = ft o 200pr – 2000ft o 100pr – 4250ft Remove all attachments, inspect for bonding/grounding, and replace as necessary for 1.5+ miles Placing pole Placing 100pr load coilsPlace terminals • Remove polesRemoving miles of cable This is the work necessary to remedy the safety issues that were not Frontier caused and remedy the induction issues impacting Frontier serviceIn addition this work will replace the cable and place the necessary loads as identified.There is no estimated time to complete Mrs [redacted] ’s installation due to the lack of facilities and project completion.Frontier has been in direct contact with Mrs [redacted] We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We regret any inconvenience that [redacted] may have experienced as a result of the above matter

Per Frontier records, Mr [redacted] has experienced several problems with FIOS Video and Data connections A Frontier agent spoke to Mr [redacted] He advised that the techs could never get the service to work as he was promisedHe didn't want to pay $for FIOS Data, so he decided to cancel serviceA Frontier agent cancelled the service with order # [redacted] ...agent advised that order is being backdated to Jan 25, I agreed to adjust the account for intermittent service...agreed to adjust TV programming due to several reported outages from 1/4/- 2/7/Per repair tickets # [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] Total credit $90.89(includes tax)...he also has a credit pending for HBO/premiums in the amount of $76.84(includes tax) Mr [redacted] has been advised to pay $101.38.Mr [redacted] is satisfied with resolution Case closed
