Frontier Communications Thank you for referring the complaint of Ms [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate her bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: Ms [redacted] advises of being billed for unauthorized third party vendor services on the Frontier statementMs [redacted] advises she was quoted that she would receive one month credit for the third party servicesMs [redacted] advises that she cancelled service with Frontier and has now received a higher statement Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier investigation found that Ms [redacted] was being billed by ILD teleservices for a directory servicesFrontier has issued credit for each statement that Ms [redacted] was billed from the third party vendorFrontier has spoken to Ms [redacted] and has issued credit to correct Ms [redacted] ’s closing statement Ms [redacted] has been provided direct contact information for future concerns to be addressed We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that we found no order for Mr [redacted] Frontier refunds are normally issued back to the credit card used for deposit within 14-business days depending on the financial institution.Frontier does not take deposits in the amount of $2.99.Should Mr [redacted] need additional information an order number or account number would need to be referencedWe trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We regret any inconvenience that [redacted] may have experienced as a result of the above matter

Good Afternoon,This issue has been resolved Frontier spoke to [redacted] this morning and since she has already cancelled her service so I was not able to help with that but I did offer to issue a credit in the amount of $27.56, this will zero out her bill [redacted] accepted this and said it was OK for me to close the complaint

Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate Lisa [redacted] bringing this matter to our attentionThe Complaint states that: Ms [redacted] states they had a service transfer order scheduled for April 27, Ms [redacted] advises Frontier did not dispatch a technician to complete the transfer on the 27th as scheduled Ms [redacted] called Frontier the afternoon of April 27, to check the status of the transfer and was told Frontier would call her back, however Ms [redacted] did not receive a call Ms [redacted] needs a working phone for her propane business Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier investigated Ms [redacted] ’s business account and determined Frontier did dispatch a technician on April 29, to transfer the service Frontier contacted Ms [redacted] on May 2, to follow up on the transfer of service Frontier assisted Ms [redacted] with reactivating her email accounts at this time.Ms [redacted] from [redacted] contacted Frontier on May 4, to advise the services are now working Ms [redacted] is now satisfied We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for review We appreciate Ms [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: Ms [redacted] advises that she signed up for Frontier internet service and paid a $deposit, but the service did not work properly and continuously buffered Ms [redacted] advises that she received a bill from Frontier for almost $and is requesting to have her balance zeroed out Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that on her first invoice, Ms [redacted] was billed for the minimum days of service, a one-time installation fee, and a one-time charge for the router, which totaled $295.48.Frontier advises that the customer does owe for the time that the service was active, but since the service did not meet her needs, agreed to credit half of the original balance Frontier then issued a credit in the amount of $on November 8, 2017.Frontier spoke with Ms [redacted] on November 22, and advised her of the above statements She was advised to pay the remaining $balance, and then the $deposit will be refunded to her in full We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I was assured by a service representative that a full month credit would be applied to the account, not merely the prorated days When bank and credit card statements provide confirmation that the full month has been properly credited to my parents' account (or a refund issued), then I will consider the matter closed For the record, the day outage, although currently resolved, has prompted my parents to switch to a different phone carrier Frontier's inability to correct the problem in a remotely timely manner has completely dissolved any remaining good faith or confidence in Frontier Communications Regards, [redacted]

Frontier has reviewed the account of Mr [redacted] and finds that he ported his service to another provider on April 25, 2016.Frontier has issued a $courtesy credit to the account and the final bill has generated prorated credits, leaving a credit balance due.Frontier has submitted an expedited request to refund Mr [redacted] $Mr [redacted] will receive this refund within 14-business days.Frontier does apologize for any inconvenience caused

Frontier advises that the issues were found to be inside wire concerns.The customer was advised by local management of the above statement on January 30, 2018.Mr [redacted] refused further explanation and assistance

Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate him bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: • Ms [redacted] states that she signed a 2-year agreement with Verizon in January of before her account was migrated to Frontier Communications, after which she experienced increases to her bill • Ms [redacted] says that a Frontier agent offered her a new rate to retain her business and she was advised that it did not require a contract extension • Ms [redacted] recently requested that her Frontier account be disconnected and she was advised there would be a $cancellation fee • Ms [redacted] is requesting that the $termination fee be waived since she did not sign a contract Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: • Frontier records show that Ms [redacted] ’s monthly service charges were consistent from before the Frontier migration on 4/1/16, until her December billing statement when the Verizon promotions were nearing expiration • Review of the account history confirms that Ms [redacted] contacted us on 3/15/and she was changed to a new bundle offer which required a 2-year term agreementWe are unable to locate the recorded call for this contact • Although the contract is valid as the term dates are listed on the billing statement, in this instance Frontier has removed the contract term and associated early termination fees • Frontier apologizes for the miscommunication and Ms [redacted] has been advised of the resolution We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaintWe apologize for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter
