Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate Mr [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: Mr [redacted] states his phone and internet services stopped working in March Mr [redacted] states that after a month of no services he called to terminate his servicesMr [redacted] contacted Frontier when they received a bill after not having service followed by a collection letterAt the time Mr [redacted] was not an authorized user so he states when he called Frontier to discuss, we weren’t able to provide him with any information Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier shows no outage reports placed in March Frontier has no record of a disconnection request in the account information Verizon supplied prior to April Frontier has investigated our call reports and the first call we are showing we received was on June 1, Frontier has advised Mr [redacted] that the balance is correct based on when we were notified to terminate the services We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Tell us why hereThank you for referring the rebuttal complaint of [redacted] - [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate Ms [redacted] - [redacted] bringing this matter to our attentionThe complaint states that: Ms [redacted] - [redacted] advises that she has Internet from Frontier Communications and they promise speeds of Mbps and she cannot download an email or watch a movie on line.Ms [redacted] - [redacted] advises that she loses service several times each month.Ms [redacted] - [redacted] advises that she was told by the technician to purchase a new modem and she advises that it did nothing to improve the number of disconnects Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that Internet service speeds are based upon many factors, including network congestion, customer location, customer equipment, and network interference Customer speeds may vary over time.Frontier advises that a technician went out on February 11, and changed out her modem.Frontier contacted Ms [redacted] - [redacted] , confirmed service is working and confirmed that Ms [redacted] - [redacted] is satisfied with the resolution Ms [redacted] has a direct point of contact if she should need anything in the future.Frontier advises that a credit in the amount of $for two months of Internet service was applied to her account on February 14, 2017.Frontier advises that an additional credit in the amount of $for two months of telephone service has been applied to her account on February 22, 2017.Frontier advises that a technician went out on March 18, and reported in the past hours there were no losses or sync through loop care or at the modem and suggested to purchase a separate modem to handle the bandwidth of the items connected.Frontier advises that a technician was sent out on April 14, and everything was testing okay and was monitored again on April 19, and everything was still clear and per the local manager anything further will be billable.Frontier continues to work toward a solution that will improve Ms [redacted] - [redacted] Internet Service It is our expectation that Frontier will upgrade its network in Ms [redacted] - [redacted] ’s area this year Given that many factors could impact the timing of an upgrade, we cannot guarantee any specific date for project completion per the Director of Operations and Engineering Manager in her area The upgrade will increase the bandwidth capability and provide higher speeds out of the site Frontier advises until the upgrade completes Ms [redacted] - [redacted] has the best available speed Frontier can offer at their location We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] - [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me HOWEVER, it is not because of the Revdex.com complaint that Frontier Communications waived my termination fee(Which is still a very poor way to put it, when it was a charge to begin with.)I called them right after making the complaint and finally someone on the phone gave me an email saying that I was paid in fullThe person who called in regards to this complaint left a voicemail saying that THEY took care of the $charge for me.Overall my dealings with Frontier have been ridiculous, stressful, and insultingI will not do business with them again Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for review We appreciate Ms [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: Ms [redacted] advises that she called Frontier on August 19, to cancel her service and was told that the effective date would have to wait until September 5, Ms [redacted] advises that her service was cut off on September 5, 2017, but Frontier then sent her a bill in the amount of $for the past monthsShe also advises that Frontier sent her a letter informing her that her account will go to collections if she does not pay the past due balanceMs [redacted] advises that Frontier needs to stop sending her invoicesFrontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that Ms [redacted] ’s service was cancelled as of September 5, 2017, but it should have been turned off effective September 3, 2017, the last day of her billing cycle Cancelling the service on September 5, caused the customer to be billed for an additional month of service, since it was one day after the new bill cycle started Frontier advises that because Ms [redacted] should not have been billed for another month of service, the entire balance has been credited, leaving her with a zero balance Frontier also advises that the account will not go to collections since it no longer has an outstanding balanceFrontier spoke with Ms [redacted] on November 17, and advised her of the above statements We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: A Frontier consultant was in direct contact with Mr [redacted] and verified the Dish Television package is the Flex planFrontier advised that the statement generates on the 19th of each month Mr [redacted] contacted dish on 03/17/to confirm the Flex planWhenever changes are made please allow 2/billing cycles for changes to reflect in the balance and on the Frontier statementMr [redacted] is currently subscribing to Frontier Digital Phone unlimited, Broadband Ultra Internet and Dish Flex packThe Frontier monthly reoccurring changes is in the amount $before taxes and surcharges until April We regret any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] may have experienced as a result of the above matter

THAT IT WAS DONE - AND STILL NOT DONESTILL HAVING TO RUN AFTER MY REFUND WHICH WAS MY MONEY AND NOT A GIFTIT TOOK ALMOST MONTHS TO RESOLVE I DON'T SEE THAT BEING SATISFACTORYIT WAS HOWEVER EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING TO TRANSFER THE DOLLARS OF THE "GIFT" CARD - SHOULD NOT BE A "GIFT" CARD TO MY ACCOUNTTHIS HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - WITH 40+ HOURS INVESTED TO GET THE THAT WERE MY MONEY AND OWED BACK TO METHE BACK OF THE CARD INDICATED AN INCORRECT WEB ADDRESS FOR CITI BANK - THEREFORE ANOTHER NEW RUN AROUND FOR TWO DAYS TRYING TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO TRANSFER "MY" $$I WOULD LIKE TO ADD A NEW COMPLAINT BECAUSE I BELIEVE THERE MUST BE OTHERS WITH THE SAME ISSUE!!??
