Tell us why hereThank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention.The Complaint states that: [redacted] states he closed his account on December 15, 2015, as he did not qualify for the Internet service [redacted] states since then, he has continued to receive a bill from Frontier in the amount of $ [redacted] states he does not owe anything to Frontier [redacted] states he would like the credit report updated to reflect he owes nothing to Frontier Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response:On April 7, 2016, Frontier issued a credit of $on [redacted] ’s account On April 7, 2016, Frontier sent the information to the credit bureau Frontier has been advised by the credit bureau, it can take up to days for the credit report to be updated Frontier has made several attempts to contact [redacted] , but [redacted] does not have his voice message set up Frontier sent an email to [redacted] today, May 10, 2016, with all the above information Frontier has sent a letter to [redacted] on May 10, with a direct contact number for [redacted] to call to resolve any concerns he may have with the above We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Frontier advises that the correct base price for the package that Mr [redacted] subscribes to is $before equipment fees, premium movie channels, taxes and surcharges through February Frontier advises due to an isolated error Mr [redacted] was advised incorrectly of the monthly charges and Frontier has taken appropriate internal measures regarding this errorFrontier credited Mr***’s September billing statement.Frontier attempted to reach Mr [redacted] to advise of the above however was unsuccessfulFrontier did leave a message with direct contact information We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We regret any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] may have experienced as a result of the above matter

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I did speak with Katie in regards to this matter, I was told I should call a new number ###-###-#### for any future issues with the phone linesI am not sure why this number is not given to the other customers that I am sure are having issues as wellWhen I was speaking with Katie I had told her the main phone line had static still, she then gave me ticket # [redacted] with the service dated for 4/No big surprise to me when no one calls to check in or to fix the phoneNow on 4/I see the Revdex.com response and the date is some how changed to 4/with absolutely no notice, keeping us in the dark once againI don't see how this is ok, this is poor business and quite frankly if they cant honor the contract with reliable service and prompt repair service why are they in business? Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that Mr [redacted] ’s area was impacted by a cable concern in the middle of December.This cable was replaced improving the internet connection in this area.Frontier further advises that internet services can be impacted by the number of devices used in a residence, the type of equipment being used, and network interferenceCustomer’s speeds can vary over time.Frontier has dispatched a technician to Mr [redacted] ’s residence to ensure that no abnormalities were presentFrontier does not have record of [redacted] being authorized on the account in question and is unable to release specifics regarding products and service at the locationWe trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We regret any inconvenience that [redacted] may have experienced as a result of the above matter

This Account is currently inactive with a Disconnect Date of 11/18/ Mr*** is questioning the return of his $deposit made back on 10/24/ Per Frontier Communications' refund team, the form has been submitted and it should only take about 7-business days for the reversal to finalize A Frontier agent tried to reach Mr [redacted] to advise and he was unavailable A message was left advising of the refund and length of time it takes for the refund to reach him Mr [redacted] should expect to receive his refund within the next 15-Business daysCase Closed

Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that Mr [redacted] location had a temporary line run to the location to allow for working serviceThe line is unable to be buried until spring due to ground conditions during the winter months.A technician verified working service to the outside on the home on December 1, and was unable to gain access to the residenceMr [redacted] received a credit of $on December 19, 2016.As a courtesy, Frontier arranged for Ms [redacted] ’ service to be restored December 22, from a non-pay disconnectionThis allowed Frontier to investigate any service concerns.The technician verified at the residence with Mr [redacted] on December 31, 2016, that all services were working with no issues.Mr [redacted] will be required to make a payment on his account in order to keep his services activeFrontier finds that no additional, credit are due We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We regret any inconvenience that [redacted] may have experienced as a result of the above matter

Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier has called and left voicemail messages for Ms [redacted] to contact the representative handling this complaint.Frontier’s billing policy states that TV and Internet services are billed in advance for the following month Termination of TV and/or Internet will be effective on the last day of the billing cycleThe service(s) will remain available to Ms [redacted] through the end of the period for which she has been billed in advance.Frontier does not prorate or issues refunds for services previously billedWe regret any inconvenience that [redacted] may have experienced as a result of the above matter
