Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The statement from frontier is falseNo one ever called and there was never any voicemail leftI will gladly pull phone records to prove thisMy problem is I confirmed over times in May and June with multiple representatives that the address could receive servicesOn June 28th a date set several months in advanced the technician no showed and I was told someone on their end deleted the appointmentThen July no one showed, no one calledI called frontier and chatted with frontier multiple times after and was told several different stories and was told someone would call me back and no one ever didI called back and my account hadn't even been notedI had this set up months in advance and now I am stuck without any type of service from anyoneThen I come to find out the prior owner of this home had frontier services and I am being told I can't have it.....why would this be? I have been without service for over weeks and frontier needs to credit my account for that lack of service and also refund the draft that was taken on July Or simply have a frontier tech come out and do his job and run a line to the houseThe issue is not that they can't it's that they don't want to because they would have have to workThey would rather just flip an on switchI find it funny a house ft away has service but I cannotI believe there is a utility law protecting the consumer in this situationThe service is available, it is their service area, they have to provide me service Regards, [redacted] ***

Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: The February 19, statement was the initial bill for Mr [redacted] establishing Frontier service.The Frontier bill includes charges for Internet, phone and Dish as of January 19, until March 18, There are also Frontier and Dish one time connection charges totaling the amount of $84.18.The Frontier monthly reoccurring charge for the triple play is $before taxes.In order to lower the monthly reoccurring charges to the amount of $plus taxes Mr [redacted] would have to downgrade the television package to the Flex plan with two standard receiversAt this time Frontier had been unsuccessful in speaking with Mr [redacted] however left a detailed message including contact information We regret any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] may have experienced as a result of the above matterTell us why here
