I am rejecting this response because the business is refusing to actually read and address the complaint While we are no longer in need of their commercial services I would like any future customers to be aware of their inability to listen to the actual issue and their lack of response and action with issues

Thank you for allowing us to respond to our customer's concernOur customer had a concern with the unit not cooling properlyOur technician pointed out that there was no air damper. We contacted the manufacturer through many of our approved vendors, and was told that the part had been
discontinued by the manufacturer and was an option for the furnace but not necessary for safe, efficient operation of the furnace. *** did not previously have an air blend system on her furnace and it was not in the contract we provided to her to install this partEven though it was not in the contract we did find a third party internet vendor that we purchased the part from to satisfy her concernIt was shipped overnight and we installed it yesterday morningShe was satisfied with the installation and we are now waiting for the final inspection from the countyWe installed the part for our customer at her request at no cost to our customer and would like to close this matter as satisfiedThank you

I am rejecting this response because: I still contend that the business misrepresented the nature and complexity of the job. In addition, numerous calls were made to the business during the day the work was being done and immediately after completion before the workers left. None were returned. Responsiveness from the business at that time and a discussion would have allowed resolution or at least good customer relations. We were held hostage by workers refusing to leave but no one in authority at the business would speak to us. At best, their business practices are shoddy.

quoted was not the right price due to unseen issues or labor required to make the repair ? Hello, We are sorry for your experience, This customer is documented on email making racist and abusive remarks to our staff member, Although this is not a problem for the company at some point we have to draw the line. The customers claims are all invalid as our plumber did
everything by the bookWe offered to refund but this customer does not have an invoice to support his claim that a certified plumber did the repair for him. We wish this customer well as he is a do not serve customer
