Thank you for the opportunity to speak with our customer regarding their concern. I spoke with the customer [redacted] [redacted] and discussed the details of her sewer pipe replacement and permits. All was completed to specification of our contract. We are truly sorry we are having a difference in opinion verses the facts to what was done. Services did what we believed was satisfactory work.  Our contracts show that the owner confirmed
work by phone and his tenants signed contracts agreeing that all work was completed.  Michael and Son...

we do not owe him any money at this time.
In regards to his refund, these are the
prices for the work that was done in his home. $69 for a tune-up, which was a
special, it’s normally around $89-$120 for a general tune-up. The cost of the dimmer
switch, unless it is removed, is $85.72 and it was installed at the customer’s
request.  
We reached out to [redacted], this
morning, asking that he contact us directly to see if we speak further
regarding his concerns. Our last contact with him was on 7/10/2015 and at that time, he stated that he would give us a call back.

Thank you for allowing us  to respond to our customer's concern. Michael and Son Services were called out to the customer's home because their AC was non operational. Our technician went out and told the customer that it was a wiring  concern from the outdoor to the indoor unit. We rewired...

the wires, but informed the customer this was a temporary fix and that we need to have an electrician come out  but we strongly suggest replacing the unit due to age and those wires can assist in other malfunctions such as fuses and the control board. Our sales representative came out and looked at the unit and left options for the customer. Soon thereafter the customer called again because the AC was not working. Our technician came out again rewired the wires and said there was a burnt fuse which can be caused by malfunctioning parts and the rewiring. Michael and Son will provide the best options for our customer's and we informed our customer that repair costs would be more rather than replacing the unit which includes whole new wiring with the new unit and our warranty. We will be more than happy to service our customer, but just want to make they understand the concerns with the unit and the options available to them. Please have our customer contact us so we can better assist with proceeding further regarding their concern.

In response to [redacted]   Thank you for allowing us to respond to our customer's concern. I have spoken with our technicians and sales representative and explained to the customer that both technicians found the same concerns and the options were to either have an electrician come out and re wire the thermostat which can be a temporary fix since any parts of the unit can fail at anytime due to this issue or replace the unit.The sales representative who came out visually inspected the unit and provided an estimate of replacement. Our customer has decided to hire an independent company to look at his concern with the wiring of his unit. In addition, he will have a another company check the work and from there he will let us know if he would like to continue with our services. I have informed him that I would like to follow up with him thereafter. I have sent the customer my email and direct line for future contact. Please consider this matter closed as satisfied. --

The pricing that he was originally given by Michael and Son is in line with what our competitors offered. Our original price was $1,400, our competitors gave him a price of $1,300. As a courtesy and to help satisfy our customer, we, then, offered to do the job for [redacted] at $1,100. If he is willing to accept this offer, Michael and Son Services would be happy to adjust his price to $1,100.
