I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Please note that Michael and Son only settled my complaint, after almost three months, because of you intervention.  Prior to making my full payment upon completion,  I was told by their representative that they would work with my insurance company to provide the information required to get my insurance claim reimbursement.  In their response, they makes it seem like their job was done after they finished the repair.  Every promise made during their sales pitch was not honored without complaint.  I would not recommend them.
