In the last month, I have had the pleasure of using Comfort Master The company provides quick, professional service for our heating and cooling system [redacted] came out on a Sunday I was so impressed with the companies weekend hours Being a working person, it is impossible to schedule repairs during the work week sometimes Comfort Master solves this problem by having weekend hours Not only that, [redacted] provided valuable information for us regarding our cooling system He suggested that since the unit was already open that cleaning it now would save us another service call He even replaced the clogged pipe that we had neglected over the years since we don't usually have the unit cleaned annually [redacted] also did a price comparison for having the service contract vsnot having it for us He helped us weigh the options I would use Comfort Master again because they provide timely service and are true professionalsAlso, we had [redacted] recommend and quote the cost of a new unit [redacted] did not pressure me to buy it right now, but when we need to purchase a new HVAC, I will call Comfort Master I appreciated ***'s knowledge about the heat pump that we currently have
