Comfort Master Heating & Air staff and technicians are the best. We are members of the Comfort Club, so our preventive maintenance visits twice a year are automatically scheduled. The technicians are knowledgeable and thorough. Last time the tech - [redacted] - allowed me to observe and ask questions. This is a good company and we feel our AC is well taken care of.
I was very pleased with the installation of my gas pack completed by Comfort Master. [redacted] the installation mechanic, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The job was done well and everything was explained to me throughout the process.

Comfort Master has serviced our heating/cooling systems for a number of years. They are professional, courteous and helpful. Their serviceman, [redacted], recently did our annual cooling service. He did a great job, installed a surge protector and repaired some duct work. Great guy who knew his stuff!

On installation day he arrived on time, installed the unit & demonstrated how to program our new thermostat. Before leaving he made sure the work area was cleaned.
