We had a great experience with Comfort Master Heating and Air. Our home is 17 years old and it was time to replace our old furnaces and units. We contacted Comfort Master and [redacted] came out to assess our needs. He provided quality feedback and responded to questions promptly via email and phone. He was very professional and personable. It did take a little time for actual installation, but our need was in the heat of summer when having air conditioning is in high demand. Fortunately, we had one unit that was operational and we were able to manage until our installation day. [redacted] and [redacted] were our two service technicians and they were fantastic! They arrived on time to our home and worked diligently for two days (one day per unit). The first day was hot, but they persevered. The second day was tough. They were up in the attic for hours in sweltering temperatures. They did not disappoint. All members of the Comfort Master team... [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] were kind, respectful, and extremely hardworking. We are now enjoying comfortable temperatures with our new Trane units! We are very thankful for such a nice experience.

He performed the maintenance on our units and then fixed a minor issue. He even spent time explaining to me about our units and helping me better understand how they operate. I bought a complete HVAC system from Comfort Master. From service (on the old system) to sales of the new system to installation, the service was superb. The installer, [redacted] was prompt, professional and most important to me, he left the premesis cleaner than when he arrived. [redacted] answered all my questions as I periodically checked on the work being done. Upon completion of the job, [redacted] walked me through a checklist while at the same time, pointing out on the HVAC system, the evidence that each piece of work was accomplished. When he finished the job, I was left with the impression that everything was done right, as if he was doing the work for a member of his own family.
After interviewing 3 companies, I chose Comfort Master HVAC. The installation was done in 1 day and they went to great length to protect the inside of my house. The city inspectors said that the installers went above and beyond the usual safety features and praised the work! Highly recommend using Comfort Master HVAC.
